Price expensive, spa needs to pay extra money. Location to town walk 40 min , bus going just in 1 hour one time .

Great hotel with a lot of facilities, great pool, great rooms with comfortable bed. Location was perfect, close to the beach

Buffet dinner could have been better but there was a nationwide power outage!

The food, the shower leaked water all over the floor, it was hard to get a lift, cyclists trying to get in the lifts with their bikes

Convenient location good entertainment, lovely pools and a breakfast buffet like I have never seen before there was nothing missing

The common areas don't correspond with the fotos. They are under construction being almost the season.. Having animation program just at the entrance to the hotel. We had experienced one rude waiter during the breakfast saying to the host that si no hablas castellano no te entiendo..

It’s a beautiful hotel, and I think it will look even better because they were reforming some parts of it. The thing I didn’t like was that as a 4 star hotel, it lacked some essential and basic things. For example there was no kettle in the room, the was a coffee machine but no capsules, no cups, nothing. The minibar only had 2 small bottles of water and in the bathroom there were no cotton swabs and nothing. But on the other side the view of the room was amazing, we were on the 11th floor with a sea view. The breakfast was exceptional, and the spa was awesome.

Lifts were not working, the swimming pool was not available, we were promised an upgrade and it didn’t happen

Excellent value for money hotel. close to sea / sandy beach. Our room at 10th floor with sea view was spacious, moderm , clean and quiet. Also at January room was warm. Spacious room with features we needed like fridge, coffee machine. We had half-board - highly recommending due high mix of high quality & local food. Park places available alongside street. Big groceries, Consum and Mercadone at next door. Friendly and helpful personnel / front desk.Gets our recommendation at Calp - love to come back at some day

Uncofortable beds. The room didn't have light when we arrived No hot water in the shower at night time.

The breakfast was quantity but poor quality. The omelette chef was not friendly and the omelette was poorly cooked.

Your website said parking was included but we were charged an extra 10 euros to use the car park.

hotel lovely..Rooms clean..Bed so uncomfortable. never slept in 1 like it..needs 2 update mattresses

11.40 bar closes..No chance of a drink after that..

The bathroom was not the cleanest I have experienced, was brown spray on ceiling, I wiped it away with a wet cloth. One day the maid came as I was on the balcony, she made the bed and left..did not even go into the bathroom

Beds were comfortable, and rooms were big enough for two cyclists to share with their bikes.

The dinner was very disappointing with limited options. Taste was not good. Sadly, we had to eat outside at local.resturants even though we paid for half board.In addition, there were no tea making facilities in the room. I expected that as a basic for a 4 star hotel

Room exceptional, spacious and good views. Food for many tastes and well cooked.

The location was good the lobby is beautiful the bar is clean and friendly staff pool area clean and pleasant with loungers

The rooms are in need of attention the bathroom door and frame is rotted out cus there is a leak from the shower screen which looked like it was tried to be repaired with some silicone but clearly didn’t work! It was a bit grumpy aswell the room furniture has seen better days it all needs replacing to keep in with the 4* rating there was a mini fridge in the room that also leaked and we had to ask for a kettle to make coffee in the morning as we don’t have breakfast the rooms are on a level of a 2.5* we had twin beds pushed together and my bed was okish a little firm but m husbands side was like a block shocking thank heavens for the soft pillows would not book again unless they upgrade the rooms to 4*

Fabulous setting for our friends wedding! The staff were fantastic!The location was perfect!! Had the best time!!

Nothing we didn't like, really?Bar service could be slow at times but usually when it was busy!

-great value for money-very helpful and smiling staff (helped me get transportation early morning back to the airport)-many options available at the hotel restaurant-large room and confortable bed (mine with fantastic sea view from the balcony)-big bathroom and a lot of space for the clothes and suitcases-the fact that there is a swimming pool even though I didn't use it-supermarkets very close by

-I just thought there could be several price options at the restaurant instead of a general flat fee. For example a price option for vegetarians or without dessert, etc. But I was told the restaurant is managed independently from the hotel. Anyway, not a problem as there are several restaurants 3-5mn walk from the hotel
