It's nice that there is free coffee, drinks, and snacks on the rooftop. The rooftop is generally a nice area to be (probably mostly in warm seasons). The female receptionist was friendly.

The male receptionist was not able to communicate in English or Spanish and was only semi-friendly (I had to make a real effort for him to be somewhat friendly). The room was cleaned just before I arrived, but the floor was still full of dust and hair from the previous person. Maybe they don't have a vacuum cleaner. Generally, cleanliness could be improved. The WiFi did not work at any of the days (4 nights) I was there. The bathroom shelves are completely rusted out, and rust will stick to anything you place in it. The air conditioning will make noises even once turned off. The shower knob does not have an indicator of warm and cold — one just has to turn it one way, wait at least 30s and see if it will get warm or not (there was no problem with warm water, it just took time, and trying). Many little things that in combination just were a bit suboptimal and mostly easy to fix.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and clean, and the service provided by the staff was very good.A standout feature was the upstairs terrace, which offered an excellent bonus amenity, providing coffee, wine, and snacks throughout the day.The location is superb, offering immediate and convenient access to the Main Street, the beach, and essential grocery stores. Its proximity to everything a traveler needs is highly advantageous.Regarding parking, we were able to secure complimentary street parking, though it required a brief 20-minute walk; closer free options may be available. We highly recommend this location for a comfortable and convenient stay in Calpe.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, the amenities were nice and clean and the room was very comfortable and had all the things we needed. It was a great and comfortable place to stay during the summer.

The rooftop terrace was lovely. The room was clean and well appointed. Close to beach but no view! Great value out of season.

Roof top facilities were a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the weather meant we couldn't take full advantage of the solarium. Clean & tidy room.

Room was VERY small. It was a bit of a struggle to get around the bed.

Bad experience

The property look in bad condition. The room is so small and old, I had to request to change the bed because was dirty with hair and sand, very disappointed

Lovely stay with a beautiful rooftop terrace

This hotel was spotlessly clean and had a truly welcoming staff and atmosphere. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast as well as small snacks, coffee, and yogurt throughout the day, such a nice touch!It’s a peaceful and comfortable place to stay, and I really appreciated the thoughtful details. I’d be happy to come back anytime!

Small hotel, in the heart of Calpe. All you need for a short stay, clean room, great wi-fi, super location.

The room had unpleasant humidity odor. The communication with reception is complicated, we checked-in later due to the issues with cleaning, and when we checked out we had to leave the luggage at the room, so once someone comes to the reception they take it to the storage. Once we wanted to head to the station and take our luggage back, noone was at the reception and they weren´t picking up the phones, we were lucky to meet the cleaning staff who helped us to get our luggage back. It was a bit stressfull experience. However, when the staff is present at the hotel, they´re nice, but remote communication is a bit confusing.

They have bed fleas, you can't sleep. Because of bed fleas and cockroaches, I scratched all night, it's not worth the money.

Nothing to be fair !

We.ve stayed at this hotel many times, friendly owner, and a good location for Arenal Beach with plenty of bars/cafes/restaurants etc. Small rooms but OK for a short visit.

Did not enjoy the experience of room 9 on the roof. The quilt on the bed barely reached the sides, it looked like a single size quilt for a double bed. Also there was a humming/buzzing noise all night, sounded like a generator or something so we did not get a good night sleep. Even kept my husband awake and he has been known to sleep through thunderstorms!

Lovely room in superb location in calpe. Friendly staff. Daytime reception to perform check in, so avoiding the hassle of online check-in which is a major pain with new Spanish rules.Right in the centre of town close to bars restaurants. Excellent.

Location perfect. 50 m from beach side. In a centre of Calpe, close to all restaurants and shops. There is no breakfast, but on top floor there are small lounge with daily coffee, tea and croissants, free

A bed and pillows are bad, uncomfortable! For 1-2 nights its ok

The room and terrace are kept in a very clean condition. Drinks (coffee tea juices water) and fruit, croissants are available to guests on the terrace 24h - that's a very nice option :) Perfect location in the heart of calpe.

Location, facilities and fair price

the hotel was in a very good location and the room was clean and additionally host was very helpful.

The Hotel is central clean and its great they go the extra step of offering free tea,coffee wine and snacks throughout your staff on a help yourself basis on the roof terrace

Tiled.floor cold to walk on however we went out of season would have been nice to have a balcony however did see some rooms had balconies
