Hostel SEA&DREAMS Calpe

A lovely hotel with a great location in the old quarter of the city. It's a quiet refuge, and the staff is kind and attentive.

It was a full bed instead of a queen, king or two single beds room. There was no way for the two of us to fit in such a small bed. It just fits one person but it is advertised as a Superior double room. We had to book another hotel and neither Booking nor the hotel gave us any money back. I am really disappointed about the whole situation and also the hussle of finding another hotel one day in advance.

Nice and clean Hotel in a great location, perfect for a one night stay in Calpe, Stayed here before and would stay here again.

Parking is a pain...but it is in most places in Spain...20 Euros (per 24 hrs) for indoor parking 5 mins away.

The owner was very nice, he received me at the check-in and gave me a really nice room :-)

The hostel was located in the old town, a short walk (10 minutes) to the beach.We liked the decor and design.

The window shutter in the bathroom had a broken hinge and wouldn't close properly. I tried to straighten it so that it would close fully, but tore a tendon in my finger.There were other maintenance issues, such as lightbulbs missing. Parking was a 10-minute walk away.

Clean, light, spacious and attractively furnished. Right in the centre of the old town.

Spotless clean and very welcoming staff. Very pretty place and furnished nice. Great location. Ideal for.old town Calpe.

There was no glasses for water. The vending machine area was locked off at 9pm, so unable to get a drink of water.The bed looked good, but dreadful mattress. It sank.in the middle, so very uncomfortable nights sleep.

Very good location for wandering around old town and to the beach ,bars and restaurants. Free parking just around the coriner and cafe for early breakfast and coffee just at the end of the street .

Very clean room, pleasant helpful staff and right in the old town.

We booked a Delux room with Inner courtyard view. However, the room we were given seemed basic relative to the photographs, and had one high window looking into a light well. We found this quite claustrophobic and consequently paid to upgrade to a Junior Suite, which was much more spacious and had opening windows/doors looking out over the road, which we were much happier with.

Hostel was very well maintained and organised, very quiet and relaxing.

Double bed is foam and not comfortable for two people.

It definitely has more of a hotel vibe & feel than a hostel. In saying that, I really enjoyed my stay as it was relaxing & peaceful, and not a far walk to beach, bars & restaurants. Great wardrobe space too for hanging clothes.

It is called a hostel but does not have the hostel atmosphere other hostels have. Felt much more like a hotel, so if you are looking to meet fellow travellers, I wouldn't stay here. If you want to wind down and just relax, this is the perfect place.

Parking the rented car in the neighbourhood was sometimes not easy.

Great location for old town Calpe. Very helpful and friendly lady ( Vicky i think ) who checked us in . She made us feel very welcome

Booked a family room because we were travelling with our dog .it had to be the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in . No facilities in the room at all , very basic No tea or coffee facilities or machine at the premises Nowhere to get a cold drink or anything even thought it advertised a vending machine. There actually was a vending machine which looked about 50 years old and was empty.We actually had a bottle of wine wirh us for the room and asked for a glass or something to drink from . All they had was the tiniest paper cup which were in the bathroom . Whilst it was an hostel some of the most basic things were not available. What a shame because the building was lovely with so much potential, all it needed was a few finer touches and basic facilities. The cost was €201 for 2 nights which was an absolute disgrace given the above .

Some of the rooms are very compact

Couple of the rooms ie 103/ 106 great value Good size rooms 302 / 202 are very small

The room was spacious, clean & comfortable, the bed was so comfortable
