The staff were very helpfull. Underground parking was available. The indoor pool was actually heated and not warm to cold. Joel at the front check in counter was very friendly and very helpful. All the Staff spoke perfect English.

The food is great, but delicious food ends very quickly, the queue on Christmas eve also took place.Very clean.Gym is well equipped.Service is outstanding. The location is perfect for mid-season visiting.

It was fantastic, our first proper holiday as a family. The staff make this place special, they are so friendly and accommodating. The all inclusive was amazing, the food was out of this world and something different every day. The kids entertainment was good but limited due to it not being height of summer. They were so good with our daughter though and kept open just for her. We had such a great time.

Perfect rooms, nice staff and clean facilities. I liked the gym. Location was near everything.

Breakfast is a large buffet. Plenty of choices, lousy coffee, mediocre quality.

Shower gel & shampoo can have a bit more in the dispenser (only less than ¼ in the bottle), Restaurant charges bottle water should offer filter water unless request differently. Shuttle bus should provide by hotel with a reasonable price

Very good location and it has nice indoor swimming pool and big size of the room.

Balcony door hard to open and little toilet button didn’t flush. Restaurant was ok but surprised we had to pay for a water with evening meal and Prosecco was free for a breakfast.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good location. Good facilities for sport. Good buffet but lack of good cold fish choices in the evening.

No USB or C ports in new rooms. Level 1 and 2 rooms very close to entertainment in the lobby so unacceptable noise level. No warning about this.

Hotel parking taken over completely by a cyclists support group including the disabled bay so we had a lot of difficulty. They also took over permanently the bay next to reception.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Lots of activities for kids to keep them entertained. My daughter enjoyed the heated swimming pool. The breakfast was very good. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of options (fruit, Continental and English breakfast, etc.). Gluten-free options rather limited, and the jam/marmelade from dispensers is not so great. The rooms are large, with new, improved illumination, large balcony with good views, and a large bathroom with a bathtub and excellent water pressure. The indoor pool is excellent, though the first day it wasn't heated; once we mentioned this, the heatiung was put on and the temperature was perfect.

The range of foreign TV channels has been reduced quite a bit. Apart from the news (BBC/Sky), there's virtually nothing in English. The indoor pool used to have a hot tub, which has disappeared, the waterjet doesn't work, and the sauna was out of order. The pool is great, but it would be good if it were maintained better. There also used to be a reading room, which no longer exists.

All Phone lines not working. There is no direct contact with reception & restaurant, room service not possible by phone. Balcony doors difficult to open.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, always ready to assist. The pools were fantastic, and the gym was well-equipped, providing everything needed for a good workout.

It's a little bit noisy in the evening, but no a big problem.
