Breakfasts and dinners were amazing. Never seen so many types of fish types to be served, also oysters, scallops and crustaceans.Rooms are very clean, nice view, good infrastructure.

The hotel is very crowded (this doesn’t mean bad or anything), just too many people everywhere: lobby, beach, breakfast, dinner, kids club. Staff does amazing work, everything is fast and efficient.Lifts are a mess, lifts software has many bugs:) these are supposed to be smart, but if you miss your floor and no more floors were selected before you enter the lift - you get stuck in it until somebody will call the lift from outside. Also lifts sometimes do not go to all selected floors, and as soon as the are no buttons inside the lift, you need to get out and select once again and wait for the lift.

Nice big suite with super view in a new hotel. Extensive breakfast with many options.

We booked twin beds and they claimed they get this information although the booking clearly stated it. Swimming pool area is super ugly with zero ambiance.

Fantastic views, very helpful staff (as always with some few exceptions). Well maintained areas.

The "heated" pool was only 19°The food was priced too high, 40 EUR for a buffet for adults and 20 EUR for our 4 y/o. We went outside to have lunch & dinner

Exceptional views from the room. The room itself was lovely, and very large. Pools were really good, although I imagine would be even better in high season when they are warm!

We just didn't stay long enough (only had two nights at the hotel). We will definitely return.

Modern clean nice view large suite

Bath was nice but didn’t fill up as pkg kept letting water out.

The location of the hotel is perfect, in the centre of the town and beautiful seaside view.

€32 for the swimming pool inside was very expensive, but everything else was perfect.

Gorgeous hotel with perfect location , rooms spacious and clean and an excellent breakfast .

The hotel was spotless clean the small touches of the chocolates biscuit and apples was lovely as was the scented pillow spray. Also all the staff were excellent friendly and helpful

There was nothing I didn’t like

I had breakfast out. The coffee machine wouldn’t work for me & didn’t get sorted while I was there even though I had told them. I got a kettle instead but had to pay €20 deposit which was unusual

When the hotel is not full, why were we given a room on the 28th floor directly beneath the SKY lounge which was VERY VERY loud. The music was booming out of this bar until the early hours and was extremely intrusive. Why, why, why does the volume have to be up so loud? We are not deaf! We visited the SKY lounge and it was so loud we had to leave.Also, when the hotel is not full, why is someone allocated the room directly next to ours so the smoke from their balcony came over to ours? Allocate rooms with some common sense.

I was given a room on a high floor with stunning views over Calpe' seaside. The facilities and the security are excellent. Rooms are well insulated. One cannot hear neighbours' noises.

The ratio bed size to room size could be better. The room design is convenient for short stay but could be problematic for long stays as there is little space to store items.

Lovely modern hotel. The room was clean, well equipped with great views of the beach. The staff couldn’t do enough to help throughout our stay. What more could you ask for.

Great view, amazing staff and incredible buffet. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. Wished we stayed more than one night.

Absolutely first class on all levels . The staff were very professional, polite, helpful & cheerful taking pride in their work. Really can not fault the hotel. Definitely coming back
