Nizam Butik Otel Büyükada

That's the best service I've ever got in the hotels. People working in the hotel are friendly and hospitable. Upon arrival we were met with cold lemonade, which was very pleasant after the long trip from Istanbul. Hotel also provides free water, tea, coffee, you can use free laundry and ironing facilities. Suites are small but comfy, with fresh toilet repairement, working TV, Internet and AC. You can get all necessary utensils to the room. Breakfasts were a real pleasure, fresh, tasty, solid, with delicious Turkish coffee and tea. In the beginning of October only Nizam beach was open, it's in 3-5 minutes on foot from the hotel. As sea is not far and surroundings are quiet, you can hear the sound of waves in the room.

Nizam Butik Otel felt cozy, neat, and beautiful. But the main advantage of this hotel is its host, Özgür, for sure. He is a warm, pleasant, and helpful person. He offered me tea and coffee whenever he saw me. Although the hotel didn't have dinner services, he prepared me some food the night that I fell asleep and missed go getting some dinner outside. I can't thank him enough and I had a great stay there.

The rooms were a little small and there were little amenities. The location was quite quiet but it is beside the street and you can hear crossing vehicles sometimes.

The location is stunning, with easy access to the walk up to the Greek Orphanage and Saint George Monastery. Staff are lovely— we even received a box of Turkish Delight as a parting gift. Breakfast was delicious and generous. You have unlimited water bottles and free use of laundry facilities during your stay. We had room 303, on the upper floor, small but almost all windows so very airy and light. If you are a cat lover (and if you’re not, you might be in trouble in Istanbul), you will love the sweet cats at the property.

We could hear noise from the neighboring room but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our sleep.

Everything: the room was clean, everything was new. The breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect: halfway between city and hiking places with few beaches just around the corner. Family oriented hotel.But on the scale from 1 to 10, my family give 200 to the owner, who is really trying to make your stay memorable. Best stay ever on booking.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful , he assisted us with everything we needed and even brought sweets for our child, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Although we missed breakfast time, he still served it for us later, even around noon! ?Thank you so much for your hospitality we had so much fun staying here.We’ll definitely choose this hotel again! ?

Hotel is really nice and comfy. Staff were friendly and offered a lot of food and beverages. They even gave us a packet of sweets during check out which is exceptional

Everything, one of the best boutique hotel I stayed. Top level hospitality, owner is hard working, always ready to help, was pleasure to stay here. Rooms are small, but super clean and comfortable, good breakfast and very quite location.

We had a wonderful stay at Nizam Butik Otel during our first visit to Büyükada. The owner, Özgür and Mehtap were very welcoming and greeted us with fresh lemon juice. He even showed us three room options so we could choose the one we liked best.Özgür and Mehtap were always friendly and helpful, offering free water and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Turkish breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and delicious options, even when we check out and about to leave, they gifted us with a nice wrapped box full of delicious Turkish sweets.The hotel is in a great location, charming, and our room was clean and cozy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return. Highly recommended!

Nothing was bad

The Hotel staff is just marvellous! They make you feel at home immediately. Wonderful service, small extras and friendly behavior, without obsequiousness. Turkish hospitality at its very best!

I found the rooms small and basic. I expected a higher standard for the price. But I could not compare, maybe Büyükada is just getting expensive.

The staff here was amazing. Upon arrival they welcomed us with a drink and showed us to our room. Our room was located up the top. While the room was not too big, it was fine for the 3 of us (2 + baby) and waking up there felt magical. The breakfast was fenomenal, the food overall was great but the main thing that made our stay here wonderful was the interaction with the staff who made us feel like we were family visiting. If we'd ever return to Büyükada, we will return here! Also, superb island! Nice to get away from the business in the city and just go for a stroll through the park and town.

The staff is awesome! Super friendly, super nice, super hospitable! The warmest relations i have ever experienced! The owner was so nice - he was providing free drinks and turkish delights to the children during our stay!The location is very good - just 5 minutes by ba2/5 buses from clock tower, 2 minutes from a small beach and 5 minutes from the park entrance.The rooms are not very big but cozy - we were staying on the second floor - the rooms have balconies.The breakfast is Turkish and pretty big - enough for the man.

The mosque is just 30 meters away - so during the night there is a call for a pray which can wake you up if your are not used to it already in Turkey.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay with our two kids. They provided us with two cozy and comfortable rooms, and the varied breakfast was enjoyable. The owner, a very kind and hospitable person, was always ready to help. The location is great, right in the heart of Buyuk Ada Island.

Cute cozy hotel on Büyükada out of town and avoiding all the noise, and not far from the beaches. Ideally placed to access a few of the hikes as well. The place has a lovely breakfast, wonderfully attentive staff, and comfortable beds. A really lovely place to stay.

The shower was very small, and for those who are bothered by stains, there were a couple small rust stains on the shower floor. Other than this it was really a perfect stay.

First of all, this stay was one of our great stays from all the time of our 20+ years of travelling!Superb warm welcome by Ozgur, who is fab host, who has helped us in many things, including preparing a great table for my birthday dinner. He has recommended me and my wife the best beach around which is Yoruk-Ali, which is just 10 minutes walk from the property. Don't use the Nizam beach which is very poor. Very tasty Turkish breakfasts, where you are welcome to eat from 8:00am till noon, anytime. Ozgur gave a great birthday present at the end of our 2 night stay. I am sure I will bring my parents next year to Nizam Butik Otel!!! All the best to you and would love to meet again next time!

Everything was good at the property, especially the host. He was very welcoming and helpful as soon as we arrived.

The location was great, not too far or too close from the city center. The breakfast was perfect and the host is so nice.

Everything was perfect. Copious breakfast, extremely welcoming host, clean and tidy rooms, peace, relaxation, etc. The island is one of the top destinations for an escape from Istanbul. I learned about her from some Turkish friends. The central area is extremely lively. The farther you get from the port, the quieter it gets. The architecture of the island houses will surely amaze you. We recommend a one-day bike tour to see it as a whole.

Very cosy hotel close to the beach, very welcoming host, we enjoyed every day of staying there.Restaurant in the hotel is working till night, bus stop is in one minute from the hotel.Just everything was perfect.
