Tiara Buyukada

Very attentive staff, and location

The bed was not comfortable.

Çox mehriban,gülərüz,hər şeyə kömək edən kollektivləri var.Çamadanlara kömək elədilər,restoranı müthişdi.Yeməklər mükəmməl idi, qarsonları çox diqqetcil mehribandı.Mənzərələri və location çox gözəldi.Hər yerə yaxındı.Otaq təmiz və səliqəlidi.Çox bəyəndim,böyük məmnuniyyətlə birdə gedərəm.

It was an excellent hotel with a great location and stunning views. The owner also runs a beautiful rooftop restaurant offering delicious food and breathtaking scenery.

The elevator

Great location, friendly staff, beautiful view.

Air conditioning didn’t seem to work completely.

The staff was very nice and the location is great

The room was very small and run down. Also the breakfast was not adequate

The view was beautiful

The stuff was treating us very bad when we arrive the hotel didn’t help us to bring the luggage they say there is no one to help in luggage,, they was closing the air condition every time by them self without asking us ,, the cleanse of the rooms was very bad not very clean places and the heater was leaking , also we ask for blankets for 2 days and they didn’t give us until the third day ,, the towel was just changed and it was dirty,, even the bed was dirty and uncomfortable,, the restaurant wasn’t good also the food not good, one of the stuff in the restaurant was treating us as we are not welcome in the place.

great location friendly staffgood quality restaurant

Passable

wi-di doesn’t work and the staff did nothing to repair it! there’s too hot in the room and lack of air. “breakfast included” they served one boiled egg with different jams…are you serious??? that’s not enough for adults!! a bath is leaking

Location and beautifull view

Room is so small

Good location

Very Poor wifi.Bad bed cover. The elevator malfunctioned while using it and rang the alarm with no response.

Clean and teddy

The breakfast was not good at all, then I needed to wait 37 minutes for my extra order the waiter was not active. The AC is not controllable so you can’t adjust the temperature or turn it off and on it was pretty cold at the night and couldn’t turn it off! I didn’t enjoy my stay

The room clean. Staff super... Beside the station and sea.. Wonderful view in night

It was great 2 days. Location is very nice. Very clean, very helpful stuff and greatest sea view.

No meat or sausages for breakfast, but still breakfast was good.

Only the location is good

Staff didn't speak English at all. I reserved a standard room, when I went there the reception lady took me to a very small room with no view (big wall right facing of the window). then she took me to a bigger room with a nice see view and she told me if I want to stay in the good room I have to pay extra 100TL per night. then she gave me discount and I only paid 50TL extra per night. was a bad experience. the air-conditioning wasn't working at all. The room with no view (standard) didn't exist in the pictures when I made the reservation.

The location and the view
