Ascot Hotel Buyukada

I love the location, facilities, friendly staff, the breakfast, cats and comfy.

Good breakfast - our ferry left island before official breakfast time but it was no problem, we still got a super breakfast as well as an offer of a free lift to ferry. Lovely pool.

Breakfast was very good and the pool and sun beds lovely. Our booking said breakfast was not included but it was so that was a lovely surprise .Great location and lovely friendly kittens.

On booking.com it showed we had a single bed and double but when we arrived we didn't, only a double. We did ask Management but it did not appear to be their fault.

Nice hotel, clean, rare that they have their own pool and elevator! The location is perfect if you also intend to visit the public "beaches" or the swim club on the eastern side of the village. Close to both the central parts with all the shops and restaurants and the eastern swim club.

We thought we had booked a bigger room with a terrace. But we got a tiny, and I mean tiny, balcony.We got locked in our room one day and couldn't get out due to a locking mechanism failure. Jumping from the balkony was out of the question. We eventually got help and they got us out. When we returned after dinner the key card didn't work any more so now we could not get in to our room. The personal opened for us with the master key. They switched out the lock the next day. So all good in the end.The level of knowledge in the English language was quite low with the staff. But they did their best and managed to solve every problem that presented itself.

Lovely homemade breakfast. Pancakes were amazing! Staff were lovely. Pool was very clean and always plenty is sun beds available. Lovely little hotel!!

It’s a shame that the cafe has gone. The lovely terrace would be a super place to eat.

The staff were great and the hotel is lovely. It's in a great location only a few mins stroll from the main eating and dining zone.

It's nothing really but the bed was a double bed when I expected at least a queen. Don't let it stop you booking the hotel because it is a great boutique hotel, but just be aware it's not a huge bed.

The hotel and the room were perfectly clean! A water cooler at the reception.

Unfortunately the air con didn’t have power regulation and blew straight to the bed only. It was a disaster :(

Very good location, small and exclusive feel, very comfortable bed, nicely furnished and the balcony is great to sit and relax. The pool and the breakfast included are a big plus.

The only reason I’m not giving an excellent review is that although the hotel is and the staff very helpful there are certain malfunctions in the room that they were not able to fix such the a/c (especially in July the hottest month), the mini fridge wasn’t really a fridge, the telephone in the room wasn’t working and the cleaners weren’t cleaning the rooms unless you ask for it which we weren’t told to do when we checked in. The coffee was not included in breakfast which to me is very unfortunate. All these little annoyances just made me spend time dealing with them, something you don’t want to do on vacation. Having said all that though, the staff really tried to be accommodating and helpful so I definitely recommend this hotel in Buyukada as a base to explore the island and to relax as well.

Pool area was great, room had a lovely balcony. Room had a fridge. Staff were very helpful. Shower was amazing.

I booked and paid for the Deluxe double room with extra sofa bed which indicated 2 double beds and a sofa bed but we only got 1 double bed with 1 sofa bed which was uncomfortable. We were 2 friends and we both wanted a comfortable bed. The room I booked was the only option for 2x single adults.

location is near Ferry Port, walking distance, near restaurants and many other shops. it has beautiful room and very cozy

when we came to check in male check in staff didn’t friendly enough, and seems doesn’t care about guests. when guests first entering door, no greeting or helping gesture.

It is easily accessible. The staff are very polite and helpful. They only speak Turkish though.
