I liked the location, easy to reach other towns such as Verona or Garda Land. The room was spacious and the breakfast was good

There was a lot of crowding at the elevators every morning, they were very slow.Late check-out was not accepted. In the evening, the receptionist guaranteed that, for an extra fee, we could stay a few more hours, but the next day, after the shift changed, a lady at the reception refused the late check-out.Other than that, I have no complaints.

Good location, close to lago and Verona, lots of parking space, spotless clean.

Lobby bar was not working. The construction works started while we were still in hotel, there was no lobby everything was taken off.

Just the cleaning that was made every day.

The temperature in the room was too low, the thermostat doesn’t work and the last 2 days I don t have warm in the room, I informed the reception but not doing nothing, the staff of cleaning do a lot of noise every morning at 8:00 clock , after that hour you can t sleep properly. My son and as getting sick because of temperature to low in the room.

The size of the room is quiet big and the bed was very comfortable.Location is great Good value for money

Easy parking. Friendly staff in big lobby, easy check-in. Exceptional breakfast. Best tea assortement ever seen in a hotel. Great cerials and fruits. 4 kinds of croissants and much more. 15 minutes by car to Lazise, which was surprisingly nice.

On the pictures it looked more modern that it was. It's all a bit old fashioned and worn down. There was a strange parfum smell in our room.

Breakfast: In case of sweets, 4 type of fresh croissant (empty, pistachio, milk creme, chocolate), at least 3 type of cakes (apple pie, carrot pie, red fruit jam pie, etc.), muesli, jams, Nutella, fresh fruits and so on. Different type of teas, coffees, juices. Some gluten free options for bread.Nice and kind staff, clean building and clean room. Parking around the building free of charge or at the basement for daily fee.About 20 minutes far from Gardaland.

Breakfast: In case of hot savory breakfast the only option was scrambled eggs (it depends on when you get it, could be already cold) and fried bacon. The other options are two types of ham, some kind of salami, cheese, boiled egg, some vegetables. I know the traditional Italian breakfast is sweets, but would be great to have more hot breakfast option.Too few amount of sockets to charge your devices, especially in the quadruple room/for four person, you have to chose what to charge and also disconnect the TV.

We are a family of four persons and we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights.Everything was perfect! The hotel was clean, the staff was very kind, the location was suitable with easy access to Gardaland and Lake Garda villages. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of food. Special thanks and much appreciation goes to all the staff that made our stay as pleasant as possible. A great value for less money. Will visit again.

The person at reception “I think his name is Pebbe or Beppe” was really really not helpful and always telling “you help yourself” - NO iron machine and you have to go to a store room in reception to iron where the room is missed up and weirdly broken inside and it has employees finger print !!Very bad room and walls are damaged and refused to change!!How is it possible that a hotel like this tells at reception “you go take the trolley and load up your stuff from the car and unload it in your room and go back and bring the trolley back to reception!!! How bad is this service!Bathroom so old!Breakfast was normal “except employees at restaurant was really nice all of them almost”

Elevators

Huge and very comfortable beds. It was great that the extra bed for the child was big as well as usually you get the offer of a cot for a 3 years old kid. In this hotel the extra bed was included in the price. Very spacious room and bathroom as well.

The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location. The hotel staff at the reception, the restaurant and even the support staff are friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is available for everyone outside and underground. There is also air conditioning in all rooms and an elevator.

There is no way to have just water unless you pay 3 euros per small bottle. There are not enough power plugs
