Holiday Inn Express Toulouse Airport By IHG

clean location and staff

Location, friendly staff and the level of quality expected from a Holiday Inn Express.

Bed was a bit too firm for our taste.

Got there a little early but still able to get up to the rooom, a good place to stay while waiting for a flight.

Easy access to airport and mall. Pool was nice to cool down on a hot day.

Nice hotel with a pool

Paying for parking

Shuttle service

Located near the Airport Free Parking

The staff was extraordinary especially Abdul NAFIS. THE WHOLE hotel was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend for any friends in the future.

Nothing at all

Proximity to airport, private balcony, nicely set up room, excellent breakfast, great shuttle, friendly professional staff

Wine options at the bar were terrible

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were accommodating, helpful and friendly. The pool was the right size--not too big or small. My kids had a great time. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Toulouse for a quick stay. The hotel is also very close to many of the sights of the city and the mall is walking distance. Best perk was the free breakfast. There were so many options our kids didn't complain of hunger until well past lunch.

The water in the pool was cold but my kids didn't mind.

Well located near the airport, large parking lot, quite clean.

The breakfast was bland without enough choice

Excellent location and shuttle service to the airport. Very good value for money. Very good snacks at the bar. Quiet, comfortable room. Close to a number of decent restaurants. Easy access from the freeway.

No complaints, really.

Front desk staff. Location. Breakfast. Airport Shuttle

We always stay at this hotel when traveling (flying) into Toulouse. Everyone is SO friendly. The place is super clean and neat. This time, the whole section of town lost electricity, and the staff made everyone feel safe and taken care of - we all had a great sense of humor and mutual support. This outage went on for many hours, but everyone was very upbeat!!

The fact that this part of Blagnac had lost power to all houses and businesses was not under the control of the staff. We did change our plans for a fun time in the lobby - and we all overcame the inconvenience of having NO electricity!

The location at the airport and availability of a shuttle is a definite plus for travelers, which is why we stayed. Friends had stayed and recommended it..

The rooms are pretty small but efficient. I booked a standard room so can't really complain.

Everything! The beds were comfortable, the shower was wonderful, the breakfast perfect and the shuttle ran in time! It’s also close to choices for dinner!

The hotel was adequate but we were very disappointed that our reservation request was not honored.

We had reserved a room with a queen size bed.We got two single beds.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable rooms and good bar!

Nice clean modern hotel with a shuttle service to the airport.

My first ever stay in an airport hotel with a great breakfast and bonus swimming pool.Great location, walking distance from the airport, and tram line to the city. Restaurants and shopping centre.

Although detailed as a heated swimming pool, it was not.Detailed as having airport shuttle, only applies after 6a.m. therefore, with an early flight and check in this couldn't be supplied.
