Ibis Styles Toulouse Blagnac Aéroport

The staff, location and breakfast!

Close to airport

Rooms small and towels too small

Lovely staff, family friendly and great breakfast.

No black out blinds!

Great experience, very last minute booking but was a great surprise! Super comfortable bed. We were mom and baby, and grandparents so it was amazing to have two adjoining rooms. Also the staff helped me print off my plane ticket which was extremely kind. Thank you !

The staff were exceptionally helpful and provided wonderful customer service. The distance from the airport was great. There were two restaurants steps away from the hotel which was super convenient. Lastly, the inside of the hotel and my room were clean. The gentleman that set up the breakfast had everything ready at 4am!! Super great guy and the food was delish. Will definitely stay again and recommend to other’s.

The front facing of the building is not well maintained and gives the first impression of a low class hotel. The grass is over grown, the entry flooring is broken up with a piece missing, and no lighting at the front entrance made it difficult to see the Uber car color and license plate #; an important safety feature.

Comfortable warm greeting. Comfortable beds and everything we needed

I would have like 2 pillows not one

The hotel is well placed for an early morning flight. The bed was comfortable and the buffet breakfast was good

The room could do with a bit more in the way of table/desk /shelves.For example there were four electricity sockets halfway up the wall without a surface nearby to stand any electrical items on. The bedside tables were minimal

Excellent hotelSuperb breakfastExcellent coffee and pastries available focGreat location good staffReally great experience in every respect Would highly recommendWill use again when in Toulouse

Good location close to airport , nice fresh crossaints

Omelette was cold, also we had a huge spider in the room

Bed was comfortable,

It was not clear how to get from the airport to the hotel and back again. The taxi I had ordered the night before never came and I ended up walking both ways to the airport. I had searched for a hotel near the airport and assumed they would have some way of getting you to and from the airport even if it was just calling a taxi. This did not happen.

Very clean apart from bin not being emptied before our stay

Shower sprayed water onto bathroom floor.

Convenient location close to the airport. Super friendly and helpful staff.Clean and tidy and lovely breakfast.

Room too hot -

facilities

no shuttle to airport and dangerous pathway to the airport the bedsheets were not smooth

The location is very convenient, the staff are nice, very clean and comfortable rooms.

Comfy bed, hot shower, very friendly staff, McDonalds is just opposite

Incorrect Charge of 156 euro for zero breadfast after I checked-out

Angry about the Incorrect Charge of 156 euro for zero breadfast after I checked-out. No reply after multiple communication attempts.

Great area near airport Easy access

Might need some redecoration and uplifting such as carpets etc
