Mercure Toulouse Aeroport Blagnac

Cannot beat the location and friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable - including the bed! A few creaky foot here and there but that fits the ambience. Excellent breakfast selection.

The toilet was located in a very small closed away from the shower and sink. It was difficult to close the door when on the commode.

Friendly staff clean room nicely decorated hotel

Limited menu at the restaurant

Clean and close to airport

Shuttle bus wasn't running and we had to walk with our luggage. Terrible attitude from staff member who checked us in. 5 trips to reception just to get the air con working.

Close to the airport. Clean rooms

No shuttle to the airport. Our flight was early though. No breakfast items when we left

Breakfast was healthy and good. Staff were amazing...we will return

Breakfast - Coffee machine needs some attention (quality of coffee mainly)

Proximity to airport

Room too warm, couldn't adjust that. Blanket rather than duvet would have been nice.

Good location, close to the airport. Very spacious and clean room. There was a nice scent. Helpful staff. Room and bathroom are quite well designed. There are small details that matter like having muliptle power outlets, or some space in the bathroom where you could put your cosmetics on. And this hotel has it all :)

Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Resto on site was good.

Only a short walk from the airport, clean and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast options were limited and on the last day we arrived after 9, there were no tables set as most still had dirty pots on them, most of the food and drinks had run out and no one provided us with cutlery. We ate dinner at the hotel one night but was not great value and limited options, fairly mediocre unfortunately.

the staff, the gym, the restaurant, and the location was handy to the airport. very environmentally friendly, no plastic was very good and innovative.

not handy to town so I couldn't explore Toulouse in my short stay

We were given a suite, which was a happy surprise - much more room than we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and completely quiet. Comfortable bed, and good tea/coffee making facilities. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was great, and we also enjoyed the on-site restaurant for dinner (really appreciated the veggie options!). Easy <10 minute walk to the airport.

Nothing not to like (apart from a shower that was hard to use without getting water on the floor).

The hotel was perfect, exceptionally clean, very attentive and helpful staff. Our room was well equipped and extremely comfortable. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We decided to use the restaurant for our evening meal, again wonderful experience, the waiter was very attentive and the food and drink perfect. We will use this hotel/ restaurant for our future use of Blagnac Aéroport.

Loved the proximity to the airport. The suite was clean and bed linens and towels provided as well as some great smelling Nuxe toiletries.Restaurant on site was reasonable and food was good.

With a baby and loads of bags, could have done with a bit of help to get the luggage to the room.

The TV's were able to support casting from Netflix and Amazon - this was amazing for the kids. They could watch their movies on the TV.

The lift was not working. Not brilliant to have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs after a long flight.

Great location to the airport and Aeroscopia our reason for the visit. Staff very attentive and friendly, clean hotel smells divine when you walk in. Parking onsite. Lovely beer and breakfast choice was good.

Food in restaurant was not great, also ordered red wine that was really cold as was the restaurant. Cooked breakfast in the morning was also cold, cold scrambled eggs not great but they may have just forgotten to turn the hot plates on. Mattress on bed a little hard but some may like that. No available snacks in the hotel and no shop in walking distance.

Super clean, very comfortable family room. Cozy common area. Perfect wifi. Friendly staff.

A breakfast was a bit disappointing..

We didn’t have breakfast because it was too expensive : 18€ per person !

In an apartment for three people we only had 2 cups ! There were 4 teabags (each one a different flavour ) and 4 or 5 coffee capsules. It would have been good to have a few more of each. Not enough waste paper bins.

The breakfast was good. Location is near to the airport if you know how to walk. Hotel is very clean and quiet.

The hotel rooms are designed with the utmost comfort in mind. The classic double room has a living room and a walk in closet and the bathroom was spacious and very modern. Location is brilliant if you have an early flight as it’s within walking distance to the airport. Staff were friendly and amazing

Large rooms, near airport, good food, and easy access
