Clean, friendly staff

Did not realize that ride to airport was not included in the price of the hotel. Not very clear in the description.

I got food poisoning, first time ever, from your dining room. I had a chicken salad for dinner and can only think it might have been the lettuce or the dressing on the salad.

Proximity to airport. Nice breakfast--beginning at a convenient 4 AM! Nice staff, clean room.

Furnishings basic, small room. No style. Totally functional.

The room was very clean, the location was great, and the staff were very cordial and helpful. All in all, it suited our basic need for a good night's sleep and a place to shower close to the airport.

1. Though the room was comfortable, it was a very tight fit to get to the far side of the bed--we are not large people and we had to turn sideways to clear the TV on the wall. 2. The soundproofing to the outside was great, but the sounds from upstairs were loud at times. 3. Free coffee and vegan options for breakfast would have been nice. . . .

Convenience to the airport, and a shuttle for a fraction of the price of a taxi. As with every Ibis, the facility is spare, not fancy by anyone’s definition, but predictably clean and neat. The whole staff was courteous and helpful. The best thing about staying at an Ibis is THE BREAKFAST. It’s worth the stay just for breakfast. There are many hotels in Toulouse, but I will choose this Ibis again when I go to Toulouse.

The restaurant is not open seven nights a week, so check ahead. I didn’t know to ask. Just make other arrangements on those nights.

We enjoyed the air conditioning in the room. The last place we stayed at said it had air conditioning, but it did not. We ended up moving hotels to the Ibis and had an excellent stay.

There was nothing that we didn't like. Every part of our stay was excellent, and it provided us with a good night's sleep before we hopped on a plane the next morning. We appreciate everything they did to help make our stay comfortable.

The room was small, but the bed was quite large and pretty comfortable. The restaurant was very good. Location is great for the airport.

Room was pretty tight and walls were thin (could hear noise in hallways and room next door). But fine for one night stay.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times. The rooms are clean and comfortable enough for an overnight before an early morning flight. The restaurant is also good but is only open during week days.

My wake-up call was forgotten, meaning that I had only 47 minutes to get ready. I was most annoyed. No time for the breakfast I had already paid for, which the staff did deduct from my bill. Nevertheless, traveling on an empty stomach and not looking my best was not in my plans.

Poor restaurant menu on a /Sunday night

What made this a really good airport stay were the staff. They were exceptionally efficient and friendly! Location was as you would expect from an airport hotel but it was quiet. We had a 6am flight so needed to leave at 4am. There’s no shuttle at that time of the morning but they called their recommended taxi company who arrived on time and were also great! An added bonus was the bar and restaurant. The pizzas were surprisingly good!

Good value for money, good evening meal, friendly and helpful staff that helped to improve my French.Very close to the airport dropped off the hire car the day before the flight and walked back to the hotel in 20 minutes.Only 6 Euro's charge per room for the airport transport, couldn't fault anything.

No tea making facilities in the room, but a very small gripe considering the price of our stay.

The location was great for the airport and could park the car for a week for an extra fee. Comfortable bed suitable for an overnight stay. Marie the receptionist was exceptional, friendly and very helpful, an outstanding member of staff.

The restaurant. The staff were badly organised. We were seated although no one greeted us, I had to find a member of staff to ask where to sit. We were then left for ages and no one came to take our order. I had to get up and ask. The food took a while but no drinks came at all! Very poor restaurant service.

The hotel was ideal for our short stay to get to the Airport early the following day without much travelling.Breakfast was good and adequate.

The best part of the property is the staff. from Marie the night receptionist but also all the team make you feel welcome and always there to support you with any need

The room are basic which is ok , but missing kettle or enough plugs. The room need some renovation , curtains either holes and the a/c inexistent

Breakfast was standard. It was quite busy when we went down so I felt a bit rushed eating. You could boil your own eggs which I thought was a nice touch. They also had hot sausages and scramble available. Big tea selection. We also had dinner the burger bun was rather hard and fries could have been hotter but overall it was fine. Dessert was fine and so was crave assortment of cheese.We took the shuttle the hotel offers to and from the airports. The drive is like 3 mins so the location was very convenient.

Room had the French cellar smell. Room was also quite small. It’s okay for 2 adults but it was a tight squeeze with our 2 large roller cases and carry on, also the shower was low in pressure.. i have very long hair to wash. My father didn’t notice.

cockroaches crawling through the bathroom, making noises at night, lurking behind the bathroom frame!!

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful night staff (Cedric) helped us find the hotel and gave detailed suggestions about the region and places to visit.

We got lost walking from the station - it's probably an easier and safer journey by car/cab than walking from the bus stop, particularly as there are two Ibises 5 mins apart.

The receptionist was very friendly, spoke English and was very helpful making suggestions of places to shop or eat that suited parent & child.we booked last minute 30 minutes before checking in. We were put in a twin rm which was better for us. It was good for a stopover for an early flight.You can walk to the airport.

It was a small room if I we were staying longer.
