Pullman Toulouse Airport

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. The pool was great.......excellent temperature for swimming. the room was well decorated and very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. We were very satisfied.

The hall carpet needs to be repaired or replaced.

Good breakfast buffet, good rooms and bathrooms

Elevator didn't work and I was forced to walk up three flights of stairs three times, twice with luggage.For compensation I requested a mere glass of check-in wine and was denied.

The breakfast was scrumptious and varied. There were ample cold and hot foods available.

The staff were very generous to allow me early entry to my room that day, which meant so much as I was tired and feeling a little unwell. It allowed me to rest up in peace and quiet, so that I felt much better the next day. The room was very quiet and generally comfortable. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Staff were friendly.

The carpet looked a little worn and dirty. The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends, which was very disappointing.

Close to airport

Only one instant coffee , one decaf sachets. Cheap on coffee in rooms. Get with the better service with Nespresso coffee inside rooms.

breakfast not included in overnight cost. Shuttle to/from airport could run for longer since I expect many people who to choose to stay here would be arriving very early/late and would benefit from shuttle running late at night/early morning.

Nice clean rooms

This hotel is marketed as close to the airport, which provides a shuttle service. There was no shuttle service available when we stayed. We had to change our plans and arrange our transportation.

Good hotel with good facilities and close to the airport. The kids liked the bunnies ?

The hotel doesn’t look great from the outside and could do with revamp. And there was no shuttle bus to airport at the weekend. But the we got a taxi and it wasn’t too expensive

Friendly staff excellent location for airport

Carpet In room was heavy stained and dirty. Queued for breakfast, and no one came, so walked away

The receptionist was very good, he ensured we were treated to a good welcome. The room was very comfortable.

Whist the range of items for breakfast was superb the cooked side of it was underwhelming. Slices of chicken instead of bacon ?, no mushrooms or even beans.

Good diner, safe parking and friendly staff

Thought to be 2mn by walk but easy 15mn needed and it was really good to walk alone.

Liked the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

Wish there was somewhere to walk around there . With all the security which we appreciated but we couldn’t find a way to just walk off the property and go for a walk.bre

Great stay, mostly because of the excellent staff!! All three shifts gave us fabulous and fr service

The location was good. The staff was very nice.

The weather was hot and the air conditioning could not keep the room cool. The restraint was closed for som meals this made it hard to eat the meals.

Convenient location for the airport and the complimentary shuttle service was easy to use. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet and cool. Staff were helpful. It was a pleasant walk back to the hotel the next morning to collect a hire car. Good value for money and I will stay there again.

The decor may not be to everyone's taste and the furnishings in the room and hotel had seen better days. The breakfast selection was disappointing and I wouldn't recommend paying extra for it.
