Very bad room service and a bad smell was always lingering in the bathroom and lobby

A/C NOT Working in the room and we could not turn it ON because Hotel switched off the main A/C.Finally we could not sleep at night during our stay because too hot although we open window.Bed was not Double but they join two single beds and this make room very small and bed was not comfortable.Bad smell in the bathroom.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The atmosphere felt off, and it seems the property is under new management. Unfortunately, the staff lacked professionalism and didn’t prioritize customer service, which made the experience quite unpleasant.

⭐ 1/5 — Stayed in September 2025 Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The elevator was barely operational, and most of the lights throughout the facility were turned off, giving the place a dark and unsettling vibe—as if they were trying to avoid turning them on altogether. The staff was not customer service oriented in any way. No services were offered to guests, and there was zero effort to provide information about the area or nearby attractions. It felt like guests were left to fend for themselves. We will not be coming back.

It’s too much noisy every day have once or twice wedding party very loud staying all night . the floor.is non smoking floor but all hair smoke and it was very annoying. The pool door in reception so people come and go by the elevator and the elevators, always wet and people in reception always with the swimming suit. I feel that no respect and no you privacy.

Location,staff,breakfast. We arrived at 10 a.m and they gave us the room.Also breakfast was allowed for us. We thank the receptionists for that.

There was no bathroom bidet

We could not find availability for massage,Reception needs to be more friendly

Location and the people from reception and bell boy were very helpful. Front of the hotel a lot of restaurant and coffee shops and places you can set beside the sea , weather is good at night

The bed’s Matt uncomfortable , there was a smell coming to the room like barbecue and smoking cigarettes.

1- The mattress and pillows are not comfortable at all.2- Waiting for Elevators.3- Toilet is very small and not enough bathroom supplies, and the shower mixer is mixing the water ( hot & cold ).

Furthermore,the bathrooms smell like sewageUnfortunately, all the rooms are dirty and worn outI would never book it again, and do not recommend to??‏I have talked to the guest relations manager (Alaa– an arab) she said “I have nothing to do and that’s our capability, I have no available rooms, the hotel is going through renovations, and now i’m so busy for other I can’t help you any further.” The other receptionists (they are local) the were so good m, they were trying to help, but the GR manager (Alaa) settled it as she said in what I mentioned earlier.

The noise from the room door only was too loud

Breakfast is boring alway the same menu without any changes.

The WIFI suck could not connect and line keep dropping off, wifi signal always poor.

Swimming pool /sports facilities are good. The staff in the hotel was always friendly.

It was not possible to switch the cooling fan of the air condition off. Therefore permanent noise it the room. No good for sleeping at night.Coffee at breakfast o.k. but could be better.

A marvelous location in front of the the beach surrounded with many cafés and restaurants..

It's needs mome upgrade of care to reach starts..
