⸻I am writing regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I arrived on November 20th at around 3:00 AM, and unfortunately, I experienced several serious issues that affected my stay.Upon arrival, there was no hot water available to shower after a long trip. Later, when I woke up at 6:30 AM for Fajr prayer, there was no water at all coming from the taps. I called the reception and informed the staff that I wished to check out in the morning and cancel the remaining two nights. The receptionist assured me that this would be handled in the morning. In the morning, we had an important meeting — the main reason for our trip. Unfortunately, there was still no hot water, and I had to leave for the meeting in an uncomfortable and inappropriate condition.

Location near the mall, nice room and breakfast

Shower water control

room was clean, staff friendly

we selected different type of room but unfortunately it was not same. building is big and there is only 2 lift which was not enought.

Breakfast was good, varied, comfortable beds, There is a shopping center next to the hotel.

The location is not so good, they changed the room key card 3 times but it still didn't work. We just took a room next door and there was an internal exit from there. On the day of arrival, the water in the tap was black.

great location 1 walking minute away from symbol mallthe mall is big and there is everything you need there the view was amazingclean spacious roomsthe staff were i also loved that they would leave you bottles of water outside of your room if you have the don't disturb

the elevator was broke for 2 days the breakfast was ok not bad but it can be better also there is no public transport near the hotel its better to rent a car

The hotel has a great location, beside Symbol mall, restaurants, huge super market, and a gas station. Also the staff are super friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and includes all essential items.

I had a hard time with the parking, all most the entire time there were no parking space available, even though Symbol mall parking lot is located beneath the hotel ( applicable through stairs), I still struggle to find parking there. Additionally, one of the 2 elevators was not working, we struggled to get to our rooms when we want to.

The staff are so cooperative and it is clean and the breakfast is excellent

Value is good, clean, helpful staff especially with the issue of car parking at night

The room is too small for couple and one young kid

The room on the 7th floor was really big. Many wall sockets (I counted 12 in one room), no problem with charging our devices. There was no scent of cigarette smoke on 7th floor.

Nice European-like hotel, with a good restaurant open until late evening (if not 24/7) nearby.

There was scent of cigarette smoke on the 3rd floor.

Quietclose to the mall.Friendly staff

Elevator only one working and pretty slow.

Close to shopping mall with restaurants - free parking in the shopping mall

Big spacious rooms.

The double bed was too small. Room was not lighted well enough. The shower head was not good and cause water to splash out of the shower, there was no shower screen.

Location some stuff

Every thing but poor breakfast no room crevices

Excellent location, very close to the shopping mall and good restaurants.

Very small room size. No bell boy service. One of the beds wasn't clean. Limited breakfast variety.

The location is excellent especially it's close to Symbol mall. The breakfast is good and needs little bit more variations. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very little amount of tea and coffee sachets. No herbal or green tea available.

Convenient location next to a shopping centre with free parking and delicious breakfast

Since we didn’t get a parking lot outside the hotel we had to park at the shopping centre. Staff at reception not so friendly or helpful
