Wellborn Luxury Hotel

The view - the very respectful and helpful staff, FOR HIS KIND HELP AND ASSISTANCE. All the reception & concierge staff are very nice and helpful.

The service in the restaurant/ café needs to improve ( more assistance and faster service)

Room services, cleaning, breakfast, reception, view of rooms all were perfect.

Wifi was not working well. The bathrooms had some issues and need renovations.

Amazing room and nicely cleaned. Nice location, near to sea, amazing walking track beside the sea. Good staff and presentable, huge car parking space. Nice and big lobby space. Very nice hotel facilities like spa, gym, pool, Turkish Hamam. Must stay here. Location near to Izmir city-centre 15minutes drive to bazaar and malls. 41 burda mall nearby , huge mall. So much to say.

There is nothing to say I don’t like, If room had microwave, which will be additional added value. I requested to sea view room but got Mountain View room :( never-mind overall stay was amazing.

The location, sea view, and niebourhood environment

Price, small fitness, and few recreational activities

I don’t know what say, not a single mistake. Location, room size, service, even house keeping all are perfect.

Complimentary parking and valet services are provided. The hotel boasts a superb location. It offers both sea and mountain views; I find the mountain view particularly appealing. The hotel's proximity to a mosque means the call to prayer is audible throughout the day. Breakfast is delicious and offers a satisfying variety. The breakfast area is generously sized. The shower offers excellent water pressure and temperature control. The gym is open from 10 to 10. However, I asked to use it after 10, and they allowed me. It represents exceptional value for the price. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel in Izmit.

The room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke, and even though the hotel staff kindly changed our room, the odor remained. I noticed that some other rooms were free of this smell, so I believe a stronger emphasis on enforcing the hotel's non-smoking policy, which they assured me applies to the entire hotel, would be beneficial. Additionally, the gym equipment appears quite dated and could benefit from maintenance or replacement, and perhaps a wider variety of machines would be appreciated.

Only Location

1- The Check-in Staff2- Room furniture is very old 3- bath not working properly 4- The wash basin is not draining, and the shower is damaged 5- The bathroom supplies are very bad6- Normal breakfast 7- noise from the Road.

Bad

By far this is the worse hotel that I’ve ever been to. My family and I waited for 40 minutes outside the room as there is a technical issue in the electricity!!!! This visit was really disappointing beside the weird sounds that were there!

Aisha the house keeper was a great help , friendly and kind

It's not the 5 star hotel,

There is no valet parking after 23:00 and also the no one to help for Luggage in hotel as well , and the parking area is far from the hotel itself, so i don't recommend this hotel to anyone as it's not the 5 star as they mentioned!!!

The location is perfect

Normal cleanliness and late check in

Close to my work location. They have a crossfit box for training.

Massage is always fully booked. Smoking is permitted indoor in the roof top bar. ?

Very nice rooms, a lot of options for breakfast, great staff.

Location , cleanliness and valet car parking

The room doesn’t have a bathtub

Position quite ok

Room not upgrade, water closet water flush doesn’t work and in 3 days never fix. Bathroom sink, the water stuck inside, pipe clugged, again 3 days no action

Very friendly helpful staff. Food was good. Breakfast selections were excellent.
