Excellent location overlooking the sea.Nice view , calm and safe place.Generous breakfast. The staff is very nice and welcoming.Super friendly man at the reception.I highly recommend this place.
Prices are a little higher compared to other hotels.
Pool and hotel bar facilities were great; rooms were spacious enough for 4 people sharing, the set up is mainly in an apartment format. It is an easy walk to the beach and back towards the centre of town where there are plenty of shops, restaurants etc
Breakfast wasnt very good
The view and food
The room was too old, everything in the room wasn’t comfortable : bed, shower, AC…terrible I think it is time to renew all rooms
The hotel itself, the garden, ambience and the nice atmosphere! The staff is very polite!
Great location by the sea, nice pool area and views. Also close to the center/old port by car.
Everything is very nice and functional, but it is a big hotel lacking a little charme:)
Great pool, a stunning setting right on the seafront. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The food options at the bar were far better than the restaurant. The breakfast was great.
We would have preferred a few more local dishes for evening meal options.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind. It is a charming place and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with kitchenette which was fantastic for our family of four. The room was perfect and clean, with an amazing view of the sea.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ain Meriem. Everything was perfect: the accomodation, the views, the location, the breakfast, the staff and the pool.
Nothing could have been better!
Our suite has a sea view There were security and lifeguards on the residence and on the beach next to it.The staff was nicesuite is well equipped
The hotel is 7 minutes away from the main streets where you can find a taxi. And they won’t help you get a taxi even on checkout day when we have many bags! The bathroom has an awful smell all the time, and all the furniture is very old.The air-conditioning is very load as its very oldBreakfast was good but the plates and cups weren’t clean and they smell. No spa or gym! And no connections to nearby activity centers!
I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service and overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel. I must say that this has been the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.First and foremost, upon entering my room, I was shocked to discover bugs and evidence of poor cleanliness. This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the standards maintained by your establishment. A clean and hygienic environment is a basic expectation that every guest deserves, and it is disheartening to see that this was not met.Furthermore, the check-in process was excessively time-consuming. It took an exasperating 42 minutes for your staff to locate my booking, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. I had hoped for a smooth and efficient check-in experience, but unfortunately, this was far from the case. Moreover, my experience at the pool was marred by constant disturbances from your staff. Their repeated inquiries about whether I was a guest at the hotel disrupted my relaxation and undermined the serenity that I had anticipated. It is essential for your staff to communicate more effectively and be aware of their guests' presence in order to provide a pleasant and uninterrupted experience.Adding to my disappointment, the hotel failed to provide basic amenities such as water and towels. I was astounded to learn that I would be charged for water, considering the considerable amount I had already paid for my room. It is unacceptable to charge extra for basic necessities that should be readily available to guests.Lastly, I am appalled by the fact that I was informed that having a guest in my suite would incur an additional charge. This was not made clear during the booking process, and it is highly unprofessional to impose unexpected fees after the fact.
Great staff very helpful and very friendly. The location is in a quiet and beautiful beach.Totally safe parking for our motorcycle
A bit far from downtown about 10 minutes distance
The receptionist was nice, good location, nice architectures, nice view (Sea view) from where we were, quit place (low season)
2 seperate beds otherwise we had to change the room to a garden view to have a room with one bed.
Very nice pool and garden, polite staff, nice and big room
The room was not very clean and the furniture was old and not very nice.
The pool and the view were perfect! Just what we needed.
There could have been more vegetarian food option.
