It’s a bit far from the station so if you have heavy luggage be prepared haha

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Near to a market where you can get food. Nono teru provided great rice. Facilities are clean and organized.

Need more labels and signage. It took me a minute to figure out how to operate the hot water for coffee.

It's relatively clean, warm. They have comfortable anatomical pillows. Kinda acceptable beds.

There was only thing about the place itself - aircon were running all night on its full blow. It was hard to sleep.Another thing, there is no reservations for the certain bed. You just enter and choose the one without anyone or anything on it. Which is ok. However I was waken up in the night by a random person with complain: "this is my bed. You sleep there, I sleep here".

A drunk guest drinking all the time is harassing every guest and making strange noise at night. The managerial team does not try to stop him or just expel him. We are constant in fear and cannot get enough sleep. As of October 2nd, 2025, this guest is still here. As far as I know he will stay there indefinitely. Please do something and I think we are all entitled to a refund.

The location was central about a 15 minutes walk to Narita station.

The hostel was uncleaned, dirty, the building was old, crowded, uncomfortable & felt unsafe. People were smoking in the rooms & up late making noise. The staff was demanding, rude & was not pleasant to deal with at all. We had checked out at 10AM & grouped in the living room area to have tea in the morning as it was a late check in the night prior, the staff basically kicked us out & it was only 10:30am & we were just in the living room/lobby area. Very rude & disrespectful to guests (unkind). VERY POOR & UNCOMFORTABLE STAY, NOT WORTH THE MONEY AT ALL!!

located close to the Narita Station, close to Yaoko Marketplace and Matsumoto Kiyoshi.

Good female dorm, common area, but no toaster though rice, furikake, dishes, flatware, refrigerator and microwave were available. AC definitely worked! Close to Narita train stations.

Stairs and very tight entryway. Do not bring large luggage! Not along any bus line. Google Maps did a terrible route for getting to place, so I ended up taking a taxi - which was about ¥600. ¥1200 if you call for one!

Host was very very accommodating - we even book it again when we went back to Narita from traversing Japan coast to coast

Room size, facility, check in process, breakfast was horrible. No milk for tea or coffee provided.

- Wifi- Shower good

- Staff does not speak English well - Staff is VERY unfriendly - No free drinking water to refill via a filter- 2 cockroaches in the kitchen- Checkout very early- Checkin only from 3 pm- you are not allowed to wait in the common area before check-in and after check-out... They just kick you out and you have to wait in the rain...- Lockers way too small!- They had already cleaned mega early in the morning, so I couldn't sleep in- Breakfast is very bad. Just white rice and a ready-made soup. In my eyes you can't call that "breakfast included"- There were a few mosquitoes in the communal area- Not reachable via Whatsapp- Bed very small (as a tall man you can't stretch out)- I would have preferred different bedding, with a proper fitted sheet, pillowcase etc. This plushy one always feels unhygienic

Breakfast is simple, and it's nice to have. Backyard is nice to sit there and enjoy breakfast.

No hot water. Sheets, if clean, defenately outdated. Pillows had no casings and had stains. Host refused to hand out pillow casings. Wash machine for additional fee

It was a great price, close to the airport and comfortable bedding.

Some of the other girls were very loud at late hours of the night - walls are very thin

paper thin walls, you can hear every conversation in the next rooms, resulting in us not being able to sleep until 2 am two nights in a row even with earplugs. futons were also beyond thin.

Very loud, can hear traffic all night. Other people didn’t arrive in until 12:30 at night and were loud. Then others left at 4:30 am. I wouldn’t stay here again even though it is quite cheap, not worth it.

Very clean and a nice staff. Enough for a night to catch an early flight
