    Pros +

    • Conveniently close to the Narita station
    • The place is a bit old but clean and the staff members are very kind. The staff who prepared the breakfast and the cleaner are obsoletely wonderful.
    • Staff is accommodating. Umbrella rental. Willing to hold our bag. Room is bigger than most Japanese hotel. Window opens big.

    Cons -

    • Booked months in advance but got small room in the annex only accessible via elevator to the 3rd floor. Only 2 outlets for the entire room. Cosmetic defects (mirror silver peeling, fan noisy, small TV.) Beds small, not very comfortable, 1 pillow per bed.
    • Not really, I would say for the star is was OK.
    • My room smelled like smoke. I asked to change room and that room smelled too. I figure it must be bad ventilation problem. Turn out the window is broken and can't open, so I return to the first room. No AC in my room. Opening window did the trick.

I used this hotel as my return flight was late evening and it served the purpose excellent. It is a large, central hotel, quite impersonal rooms, but large, functional and professional. It is near the train station so carrying luggage is easy and there are lots of choices for dinner around. It is a lively place and the taxi to the airport is about 10' would cost about ¥3000.

    Very good location.

Room was not properly cleaned. Trash could clearly be seen under the bed. Everything was dusty, and the windows seemed to be broken and couldn't be properly closed.

Great location and 3 beds available for my family

room was old, bathroom had a lot of age, room was super super hot only way to get it to cool was open window all the way

Super close to the railway station, so easy access from the airport. I stayed only one day, but more days would have also been okay. I don't mind some furniture showing its age because everything is kept clean and working. It was more quiet than expected, no disturbance from the trains for me. Room a bit bigger than other hotels in Narita which I liked. Would come again, good value for money.

    Can't say anything about breakfast.

The location! Very close to the train station and many restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

    Tad old.

    9SarahPosted on: 1-19-2026

Great location, close to transport and central to Narita Village attractions, large range bars and great food options at your door, within 2-5 mins walk.

    No issues.

    9MichaelPosted on: 1-19-2026

Location was basically around the corner from the train station, so super convenient. They also have a scale out in the lobby which is very convenient if you're worried about your luggage weight if you're about to jump on a budget airline to go to a different location. Handful of small restaurants nearby.

It was old. The single pane window was noisy.

Excellent location but room and facilities look dated.

    improve tolietries.

    Breakfast was good.

The room was so warm that we had to open the window. The beds were very hard. The pillow was hard and too small.

    9PeterPosted on: 12-27-2025

Great location right next to the Keisei Narita station. 10 minutes by train to Narita Terminal 1. Perfect for the night before an early flight, or to relax on arrival. Narita itself is worth half a day easily. The temple and park around among the best in the Tokyo area.

Interior is getting old and tired but that's in the price, so no problem for me.

    8YasushiPosted on: 12-26-2025

Close to the Narita airport, train station, shopping and sightseeing.

The location very close with Narita Keisei Station, and we also saw JR Narita station cross the roadWe had one night stay here before we go to Narita Airport, room size is big and when we arrive we asked for room close to Lobby and they give us room right above the lobby Great choice for transit hotel
