Very comfortable and convenient mattresses, excellent cuisine and great location

Excellent amenities, exactly what I was looking for a stop over night. Full gym and workout equipment, a swimming pool, nice trails to walk right outside. The staff is very kind and helpful and the rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable.

The only thing I would recommend would be to open the gym studio a little earlier to allow for people who have long travelling days to also enjoy a late / early workout session. Consider opening the gym at 7am instead of 8am, that would make a difference.

Close to the forest , well appointed , reasonable priced , excellent breakfast , and close to my family !

It would have been nice to have a functioning pool .

Not really a “spa” hotel, as the “spa” is just 3 saunas and a jacuzzi (that you have to pay extra for). And a swimming pool that you have to go to the other floor to get to after the sauna. Not very convenient. Bathrobes are also extra payment

It was the perfect location for my daughter’s wedding and most of the guests stayed overnight.

Having to check out at 11am after having celebrated the wedding the day before. A later check out would have been appreciated.

The room was very spacious and clean. The bed and linen were comfortable. Great breakfast with gluten free options.

There were several celebrations going on in different areas, which lead to a lot of noise even with closed windows late at night (till 3am). We haven't been informed beforehand. The hotel offered a small discount.

I chose the hotel as it had a spa. I was disappointed with this and the pool was tiny. The area was ok, but not much in the way of things to do. It served it purpose.

Everything was excellent - from the size of the room over the excellent bed to the food and the lovely staff. Furthermore, they really mean it when they say that dogs are welcome - and the huge surrounding forest makes for great walks. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

Hotel is good located. Great breakfast. Fantastic restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms. Kind personnel.

There was no air con in the room and we stayed on a day where the outside temperature was 34 . The room overlooked the restaurant and courtyard so when you opened the windows for air, you also got noise. There is no coffee making facility in the room and the bottled water was chargeable

the room was very hot no air conditioning in a hot summer day! Also the staff were not very good with English language.the cleanliness of the toilet and the sink in the room was not so good either.

Breakfast was fair and ok. Crib was prepared and setup fine.

We asked for adjacent rooms, no reason was given why the request could not be fulfilled. In fact, our rooms were like 100m apart on a different floor elsewhere in the building somewhere where you could hardly find the room. Thankfully the receptionist came to find us to show us where the room was in the maze. That the second room was super standard, was one thing (though we have seen better value for this price), but the room had scratches on the walls all over and the sheets were yellow and it had a smell. Is like that put us away in the basement. The hotel has all you need for professional football teams, and my impression is that it is mainly used for just that. We would not book anymore here as a family.
