BRIT Hotel Rouen Nord - Barentin

Convenient location, very clean and comfortable, good value for money

The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was good. We asked for extra pillows and she also brought us a kettle and cups as non provided in the room. Our stay was ok as we only wanted somewhere to sleep for our drive south. Parking is right outside and the area felt safe.

The room was so small you could hardly get around the bed. The bathroom was tiny and the whole room was very outdated.

Convenient location along a major road. Simple and tiny but overall satisfactory.I could park right below my window. Late self-check-in was no problem after calling the reception.

The breakfast could have been less pricey.

A very good hotel,room was a little small with not much room in bathroom but that's the only negative we have, we had an evening meal which was very nice, bar on site which was a bonus,the staff were amazingly friendly and polite, breakfast was very good value & nice . Would definitely stay again if in area. Perfect location for sailing from Dieppe

Had to drive for food in the evening and found several roads although looked 2 way weren’t and no warning of one way system on commercial area.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room and bathroom was snug but adequate.

Bed was too soft for our liking and also quite low to the ground, but this is subjective. it would have been good if the room had a kettle.

We missed the use of a kettle in the room which Kyriad used to offer. We didn't want breakfast.

It is a budget hotel and it was as we expected. The room was standard. We were pleased to have a ground floor room as requested and have easy parking.

We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open for dinner, only for breakfast.

Several of the other guests were less than considerate for others. Shouting in the carpark, and revving engined late at night/early hours of the morning.There was no proper disabled seat in the shower, we had to use a patio chair. We were surprised to find no drink making facilities in the room.

Good, basic "chain" hotel. Quiet.

Main problem was finding it. No signage from Barentin town. Up a steep hill towards car dealerships. Nowhere to eat in the evening. No restaurant at the hotel. OK for car users with GPS/Satnav

Fantastic service, we arrived late and reception was kept open for us after receptionist calling us. Breakfast was great, lots of thought and care and attention.
