The reception by Sebastien was very warm, professional and pleasant. The room was cooled already (outside temperature was 35 degrees) and he was very helpful with everything. Great place and we enjoyed the best asian buffet dinner at walking distance from the hotel. A very nice experience overall.

Location and staff was amazing. Food was exceptional and it was very clean. Very welcoming and would love to stay here next time.

Before I arrived I was sceptical about this hotel because of some low scores. However they exceed the expectations. Everything was perfect. From very kind and helpful receptionists to clean and comfortable room and delicious breakfast. I would definitely recommend it.

Anastasia's welcome after a long 10 hour drive was outstanding. Very quickly we were relaxed and settled. Superb employee. Pay her a bonus. Because of her people will come back. We will be.

The room was a little small and mould on the ceiling of the bathroom unpleasant.

The rooms are clean and comfortable but far away from the extras. Still, it is one of the rarest hotels I have ever experienced, which is so quiet in the evenings. What I liked most is the friendliness of the stuff! They have had always an authentic smile on their face!Most of the guests seem to be business guests whi have also chosen to work on their laptops in the lounge area. Was really a nice atmosphere.

It was nothing like the picture used by bookiing.com - you basically are in an industrial shopping centre area not the location depicted by the images on the website

The receptionists were nice.

Reception and lobby closed at 8:00pm so on access to the bar or pool table. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. No vending machines for water, etc. This hotel was not up to IBIS standards. You would be better off in a 'gite'.

The room was spacious and the beds comfy.Enough towels for 2 people.Good breakfast (though maybe a bit pricey).Good location: lots of shops and places to eat.

Coffee/tea facilities in the room would be nice - available at reception but better in rooms.As I said, the breakfast was good but a bit pricey.

It took a while to find the hotel in the dark as it wasn't lit up so difficult to see it.There was a problem in the room - the toilet didn't flush - so we had to wait for the poor receptionist to make up a room for us. For some reason none of the other rooms available had been cleaned. That wasted about 45 mins hanging around. By the time we got into the second room we were too tired to go out to eat.Breakfast was ok. Location close to the motorway.

The first room we were offered was very small and dingy and the toilet didn't flush.

Breakfast was very good. A nice selection of meats and cheeses. I liked the idea of pressing your own fresh orange juice!

There was nothing that I didn’t dislike. It exceeded my expectations.

Good breakfast. Slightly difficult to see entrance to hotel premises in dark but visible on sat nav. Late arrival but room left open for us.

Hotel fine location on a retail park not ideal.

No restaurant in hotel as stated. Very small bar area only 4 seats. Rooms were very small no storage only any good for one night

Good location close to motorway and plenty of services nearby.

Put in a disabled room with no air conditioning and dirty towels.
