Proximity to the trail and the water. They also have a massage person that will come to the hotel.

Little dated and the restaurant was closed.

The location was close to my parents' apartment.

The Air Conditioning did not work (the room temperature was 27 degrees throughout, after two days in a row of complaints the staff said they were "resetting the AC", but no change to the room temperature). The staff told us that the AC could go down to 22-24 degrees, but this was a lie, I had friends in other rooms and all rooms can only go as low as 27 degrees. Very uncomfortable temperature to sleep under. My friend had an issue with hotel staff because they got the impression that he was hosting extra people in his room. One night at 2am after coming back from spending time with the family (my mother has cancer and this was an extremely hard holiday for us) the staff decided to have a screaming match with us and block us from spending some time together.

Room expensive compared to what we have paid so far for better . Artic room. Dated and small but bed comfy and clean.

Very good and helpful front desk. Clean and modem. Supermarket close by. Nice views, Right by the beautiful beaches!

Established hotel on the edge of Baiona, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. Had an attractive retro feel.

Beach view rooms might have been nicer, as my one looked out over the road.

Location was great for us as it is along the camino path. Convenient for us to walk towards the pier & fort on our free day. Restaurants, supermarket & cafes are within walking distance. We had the sea-view room. A nice balcony to sit & look out.

Beds were tad old, so it sinks down, no support for the back. I had to sleep on the side to get a better support.

Reception was frosty when I arrived due to accidental double booking which Booking.com very quickly dealt with and promptly cancelled the 2nd booking. Full marks to you. Reception was then very helpful and kind once the matter was cleared up.

I wouldn't advise the attic rooms as too hot and windows hardly open.

The location in the center

It was too expensive for what it offers . The rooms were in the attic , so we had to be carefull not Hit the celling . The room was old With a small bathroom . It had no view and still we paid 130€ almost the price of a Parador we stayed earlier.

Worst place - do not recommend.

This was the worst place I’ve stayed in probably ever for the price. It was in the attic of the hotel, the TV was literally 10” and didn’t work, the AC dripped on us while we tried to sleep, the ceiling was so low we kept hitting our heads, the walls were dilapidated.

Near the beach, some of the staff were friendly. Underground car parking.

The hotel is tired and worn with dangerous carpets. It's very noisy, no insulation between rooms and constant door banging. Children were playing football in the corridor at one point. The restaurant's standard of food is poor with little choice.

The rooms were bland and a bit shabby, like most of the hotel. Good location and view of the beach.

seems to be a smell in the room, thought it had something to do with the air conditioning so left window open in case some sort of gas or toxic

Our balcony view room was fantastic. Rooms was clean and big. Servoce was great. Carrefour and cafes were within waslking distance. It is away from old centre but it was along the coast.

Very good location close to the beach and boardwalk, relatively quiet despite proximity to main road.

Being on the Portuguese camino the hotel was not organised well for baggage transfers.

This was such a nice place to stay as I was coming off the Camino for the night. The room was fantastic. The beach was very close. Restaurants everywhere !! The grocery store was very close. Nice little cafe .
