Hotel Miramar Playa America Nigran

Check-in clerk was extremely pleasant and helpful. Accommodations were comfortable, although the air-conditioner struggled to keep the room cool.

The staff was very warm and friendly. It was so thoughtful of them to send us off with a bottle of water as we continued our Camino the next morning. We were on the top floor with a wrap around deck area….lovely view. And nice job on the gin and tonics!

The ceiling in the bathroom is at an angle and quite low by the toilet….don’t stand up quickly!

Thin walls, could hear the guy snoring next door. The rooms were a little dated and tired, like the broken shower dispenser. I wish the staff told us there was going to be fireworks the night we arrived, we were already in bed so we missed them.

Staff was welcoming and professional. The hotel was clean and buffet breakfast excellent.

The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in a couple hours ready when our rooms were clean. The room was spacious and had air conditioning. There was also a mini fridge in the room, which was very convenient.

Incredibly noisy all night. Guests were loudly departing all throughout the night, especially a very rough large group at 3am. The hotel just echos with any and all noise, and walls are thin- so much so that we heard the person next door snoring all night. The room was not clean and had hair all throughout the bathroom indicating major lack of cleaning between stays beyond swapping towels. Do not recommend.

The staff was great. We needed some extra pillows and received them right away. Bruno also recommended some restaurants in the area and made a reservation for us. He also shared a bit of the history of the location. Great view from our room window.

Very old and in need of repair. Carpeting on stairs full of holes. NoLighting in any main hallways and was very dark even in daytime. Needed flashlight! Very noisy between rooms. Shower/ tub hose did not stay in receptacle so could only wash down, not shower. Had to ask for water. Was not provided in room.

The staff is very cordial and professional. The hotel has parking, a very important detail in busy beach area, the rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is excellent. I strongly recommend it

Front desk staff was amazing! He was the only amazing part of our stay.

Doesn't look anything like the pictures. It looks like an abandoned castle rather than these pictures. Rooms were cheap. Our windows overlooked a gross ally/courtyard and we could hear children screaming and just not great.
