Friendly staff, big rooms, good price, also good breakfast. Would recommend and come back!

Our room was on the top floor, had a couch, twin bed and king. A nice large, clean space to fit our needs. An easy walk into town and near the town’s parks. We liked the early check in time of 1 pm, perfect timing after a long flight to Germany, allowing us to rest a little before meeting family.

Very clean, nice comfy room, nice bed, very nice shower.

No elevator so not wheelchair friendly.

The breakfast was no more than adequate at best. Cold bacon and egg in trays.

There was noone to greet me when I arrived, just a piece of paper and a room key. Typically poor pillow and no water to get another so uncomfortable night. So bad I left earlier than planned. Restaurant closed but not advised when I booked.

My room had no amenities, a bed, two chairs, a small table. All you could do is watch TV from the bed. It was located on the third floor, an attic room. No air conditioning, with temperatures up to 90 F.The hotel is definitely NOT handicapped accessible, 3rd floor, no elevator.

Shower fixed and couldn’t be adjusted - so for two people 6 feet plus (over 1,8m) not too comfortable

Comfortable, quiet hotel.We had chosen it for easy walking distance to our family in Sulzbach. Good value for price paid. Breakfast included.

Poor shower with curtain around bath.We reported bathroom radiator wasn't working.

Clean facility

Unfortunately we had a room on the 2nd/3rd floor, NO elevator and nobody to help to carry our suitcase up the steep staircase.

The hotel is a little dated, in terms of the furniture in the rooms, but it was very clean, spacious and just what we needed for one night. Bathrooms were in excellent order. Great to be able to bring our dog. Good breakfast.
