Clean room with good shower

There are sliding doors at the entrance which cannot as far as we could see can't be opened from the outside. We arrived back at the hotel around 10pm and couldn't get the doors open.

This is the second time I have been the 1st time was value for money and could not fault it , that's why it upsets me to Wright this. The 2nd time i was a bit upset I got charged for my daughter twice and my dog and a bed in room as I all ready paid through booking.com and hade to pay City tax which I never paid last time. So I hade to pay about €50 more. And the service at dinner was shocking as my partner had to wait 15min before someone came to take order and when thay took the order she was told they are a bit busy so they might not do it which was chips and sausage, asked for ketchup and was told here is none.

Really loved the roof top terrace with forest view. Staff super friendly. Breakfast buffet was good; my partner tried the sauna and the swimming pool and also liked it. Room spacey and clean.

I booked a room with a double bed but instead got 2 single beds. Hotel could need some renovation here and there.

Good staff. All was good. Normal parking. Is good swimingpool.
