Was really nice and a close to the down town area with different shops and restaurants

That not all the sauna were working

Great hotel, beautiful setting at the river, many hiking routes start at the hotel, the Spa, sauna and pool was great, dinner and breakfast was also very good. Would always book again here

Very good breakfast, although some additional vegan options would have been appreciated. Very good value for money. Overall, this is a good starting point for hiking.

Essentially, there is nothing to complain. Only some little details may be further improved, e.g., vegan options at breakfast, smoked bacon etc.

The breakfast was great, with many options. Room was comfortable and the swimming pool was very relaxing.

We had a great time, the pool and spa area was spot on.breakfast and dinner menu's were delicious. The reception staff competent and very friendly and a credit to the hotel. And a fantastic menu of cocktails.

Facilities are amazing, staff is very friendly and professional, the restaurant is exquisite

The Nature, hotel room, service, food

Amazing breakfast and close to beautiful landscapes.The waitress was kind, didn't speak English well but tried to communicate with us.

At dinner waiters who don't speak english only german, very annoying.

Bottled water for more than 6 euro that is ridiculous. A lot of another hotels have water for free.. There was not also english explanations in room and spa area, so was hard to understand some words.

We were expecting that a hotel advertising itself having a 1800 M2 SPA area actually had a SPA among the wellness facilities, but that was not the case. Sauna, swimmingpools ect were OK, but no SPA.

The bathtub was small, really narrow and really high to enter in.

Did cover our need

We did not have the same table next morning, and then we went in to the restaurant. But our dog was not welcome in there. That was like it was us who did wrong!Not nice, we was spoken to like we did something bad. But not our mistake.

the rooms were very comfy and the staff was always helpful and gentle.the pool and relax area was very clean and comfy

The food had a high quality, but the taste was average, bit presented almost as haute cuisine - so too expensive for what you get.sauna area was very slippery and low on staff, so you had to wipe the flow by ypur own if you didn't want it to be wet. 2 of 5 saunas were out of order for to long.
