Novotel Paris Nord Expo Aulnay

What I booked was a standard triple room, but they offered a room that has only one bed. They changed it to a 2-bed room only after I complained about it

Very comfortable hotel. Room had everything we wanted or could think of.

Clean, the staf are very nice, well accommodated.

Wouldn't stay again

Hotel is run down, and we found a big thick fake eyelash stuck to the "clean" bedsheets. View out of the window was the hotels empty, run down outdoor swimming pool. Food labelling was poor at breakfast with no allergen labelling

The picture on the website was very different from the room itself.. and don't think you are 25 kilometers away from

When I came back at night, I had to wait for someone to open the entrance door. The alarm sounded twice in the morning and they said to get out. While someone was smoking. When I came down at night and then went up, the elevator wasn't working, it was more like a military zone and I didn't feel at peace.

Close to the highway….. locked carpark……comfortable bed….. and most importantly….. some rooms have baths!

Couldn’t turn air con down quite an uncomfortable nights sleep with it been so warm

The location was very convenient with a bus stop cloae by to the nearest station to get into paris and the hotel also has very secure parking. Good selection overall for breakfast.

How on earth this place is scored 4 star is beyond me. Rooms are very old and you can see they have poorly tried to paint to freshen it up. Pool was dirty and smelly to be honest and the food menu was extremely limited. My score for booking.com is always on value for money based on what i booked vs received. Having paid £168 for a 4 star hotel half board the value for money is strong but vs the actual hotels facilities it is not. To give you an example there were over a dozen ice creams to chose from at dinner which was triple the amount of mains and starters. We got beef skewers, essentially 2 steaks on a stick...

Very poor quality

The kettle in the room was not cleaned, communication about the breakfast times was not clear, we were told breakfast times on Saturday which was not applicable for Monday but the guy didn't explain to us that Monday has a different time

The property has gated parking with a lot of spaces. The breakfast selection was very good. Cereals, scrambled eggs. Make your own fried egg. Bacon, potatoes, selection of cheeses, pastries, waffles etc. very friendly staff. And it was relatively quiet.Separate toilet to shower

Well. I found the mattress really hard. The toilet, was really quite small and you had to stand next to the bowl to close the door. But I liked the fact the toilet was separate. The area was very close to a lorry park and did look very in inviting. But once inside the grounds it was nice.

Médiocre neatness all over the facility . No toilet paper in the lobby toilet. The lift is filthy. It’s a third rate hotel for me as a globe trotter

The fire alarm went off at 8 AM (staff first told us it was the kitchen, then said it was another person staying). There was black mold in the shower. It is difficult to access via public transportation (several transfers, buses don’t run super often). Pool is not heated.

My daughter loved the pool, all the staff I encountered were helpful and really nice. Breakfast had a good selection and was enjoyable. The room was large, clean and comfortable. There's a park nearby and plenty of places to get food and supplies. All in all we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a bit expensive but I understood that as it was during the Olympics which is what we were there for.

Very nice hotel, well connected to the city centre by buses & trains , ideal for a perfect vacation.The rooms & breakfast r of v good quality

We enjoyed our stay! Friendly staff and a good breakfast can really make a difference.

Location is ok but lots of truck around the area. My Room temperature is warm and there is mosquito.
