Ramada by Wyndham Islamabad

Good room, courteous frnt desk staff. Good breakfast selection. Its shame not to use freshly squeezed justice in country where fresh fruits are abundantly available.very disappointed in restaurant service, really bad pre cooked tea on self service buffet.

Excellent amenities. They serve you really well. Their pool is excellent and a must go to.

Not necessarily a negative, but I don’t like giving the car for valet parking and that also outside the property in the open.

Breakfast was ok

It’s starts with arrival, it took them 10 minutes to send someone for luggage, next 2 days no one came to clean my room , and last WiFi was so bad

The hotel was good quality for Pakistan and the person who showed us the room had excellent English and was well mannered

They give lot of complementary services and amenities such as laundry, minibar, breakfast, hitea

their corridor is not nice and there is smell there, second the ambiance is not so good

Location, Value for money, Services Mr Qaiser was very attentive, had attention to detail and when he found out we are from the same industry He upgraded my room, cared about my interests, provided with extra heaters as well, Even the Concierge was very helpful and explained everything properly in the simplest way possible Overall great Hospitality Experience

Breakfast was very good. Many options of local dishes. Location of breakfast very suitable.

One minor thing that prathas should be made fresh instead they stay longer in dish and become crisp.

I moved here from another hotel to take advantage of the spa and sports facilities only to find women’s access limited to a two hour slot per afternoon, working hours Also the hotel owed me two nights at the end of my stay as I checked out early for other reasons. Until now , over a month later I have still not been reimbursed, and have had to chase, call etc repeatedly, now involving colleagues based in Islamabad to resolve. I am being told that the money can only be refunded to a Pakistan bank account which seems to be a major problem for an international hotel chain if so and which was also not mentioned when I checked out. I have never experienced such a fuss over a simple routine refund due despite travelling globally and staying in many different hotels including much less expensive.

Breakfast selection was great with the chefs making things fresh when requested

Our bed sheet had a stain on it. I left my Apple Watch there and it wasn't found even when Find my Phone said it was.

Location is great, but the property maintains very low

I was book 3 room for2 night. When I was in the room, I saw Rats running around in my room. I call to staff to get help to catch them. Manager come to say sorry to us, but he said he can offer me for one room one night 20% off, but I decline they charge me full price.

The rooms were modern and well furnished. Staff at breakfast were kind.

They were changing the carpeting of my floor (“Executive Floor - 3rd floor) and all the old carpets were left for days in the corridors. Because of security concerns the hotel main door could not be approached by car or taxi by the guests. I had to descend from the car practically on the main road, and reach the main hotel courtyard through a small door and corridor.

Special thanks to Mr Rehman on front desk, he was welcoming and upgraded two of our rooms to executive rooms. He was very helpful.

I stayed many times in this property and this is the first time I am giving review because last two times I complaint about air conditioning temp and it’s still same. Air cooling was very low , I think they have reduced temp from back end to save electricity. I complained many times but it’s always the same.

Staff were welcoming, service was spot on and the rooms were very clean and tidy. Lovely hotel

BRKFAST IS ESPECIALLY AMAZING, NOT EXPECTING AT THE LOCATION AND PLACE AS ITS MY FIRST TIME TO STAY THERE. LOCATION IS GOOD BUT MANAGABLE. ROOF TOP DINNER IS ALSO GOOD, DELICIOUS.

AIR ATMOSPHERE IS NOT FOUND THAT HEALTHY, I MEAN FEELING OF SOMR BREATH ISSUE, ROOM SIZE IS VERY SMALL AND THERE IS NO EXAUST IN THE WASHROOM.

the money charged is tooooo over budget against the value washrooms were tiny like a match boxtoo expensive against the value too slow lifts and only 2 tiny lifts for very large number of guests

Fancy name & brand but not value for money. There are a dozen places better to spend your money BUT if you want to have an expensive night out with your wife or family and need some Instagram reels then it's a suitable accommodation otherwise it's a place for diplomats, I must say.

Too expensive because of Wyndham brand name & I live overseas and have seen proper reflection of the Wyndham name in the hotels they have. Ramada Islamabad unfortunately doesn't meet up with the set standards & it's fairly outdated
