Shangrilla Hotel & Resort-Changlagali

Nothing, it was a horrible hotel.

Bad staff. Dodgy people to deal with. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away please and book something better for far less money. It was a nightmare!

Breakfast was good ? and food was tasty with sufficient supply, the location was very serene, peaceful and breath taking natural view of PINE FORESTS, in short it's pretty nice place to spend few days with family to relieve the day to day stress in daily routine busy life

Cleaning needs to be improved. Food quality is also not good. Professional cook should be there.

Large hotel in good, quiet, location, (just off main road) with parking onsite. Although we were not travelling with kids I upgraded to family room from Double room as the room was very large (worth paying the extra). Room had full width balcony with excellent views of the mountains, with chairs so we sit and enjoy the view. Large bed, TV, and the bathroom had hot water. The hotel had a nice lobby area to sit and have tea etc.

Bathroom was in centre of room, and could have been a little larger, but was good otherwise.

I stayed at Shangrilla Resort Murree also But Shagrilla Changla Gali is much more economical and better in respect of its location and facilities. I really liked the hotel and looking forwarded to again stay there.

The Chicken Nihari in the breakfast was not tasty at all.

Nothing. Worst experience. They charged for four star hotel but their facilities were not even one star. Breakfast was given only omlete and tea. Nothing else. the staff was apologetic. It's their management who are cheating guests.

Worst experience. No warm water, cheaters. Worst hotel in the area. Bed was noisy. Omlete Nd bad tea in the breakfast only.

The staff was excellent and the hotel was very accommodating to all of our requests.

The room was a bit disappointing because for the price tag I was expecting a better room with better faculties like a cleaner washroom, working sockets and better heating in the room
