Roomy Signature Hotel, Islamabad

I liked the food and coffee options. The rooms were clean.

Despite having a non refundable booking the staff told me that I have to pay upfront and if booking.com deducts any amount other than this, the hotel was not responsible and that I would responsible for getting that money back. I showed them the booking email and the message "prepayment maybe deducted at anytime". To which they said they are not responsible for what booking.com says or deducts and that they have no transactional relation with booking.com. I was told if I cancel booking.com would keep the money. I was forced to stay as I did not know what would booking.com do. I think properties like this one should not be on this platform as they create false expectations for travelers.

Everything was perfect. Staff is super courteous, especially Mahnoor. She even upgraded my room and helped me check-in early. Really appreciated.

Never take rooms at teh back of the hotel, there are restaurants in teh surrounding that play loud music till beyond mid night....can't sleep...

The Cleaning was appropriate . The location was perfect of you want to commute on foot. Everything was nearby

The honking at night over the weekend, and pillows need to be less stuffed. Breakfast needs improvement

I had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and the overall ambiance was very nice, making my stay truly enjoyable. The staff was extremely hospitable, especially Mahnoor, who was very courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

The location of the property and the numerous restaurants housed within the property.

The location for the buffet breakfast is a little cramped and the variety of dishes in the buffet are quite limited.

Parking is a problem due to added restaurants on ground floor. Sometimes you need to park your car on the main road.

Great location, large rooms, love the carved wooden furniture. The halwa at breakfast was very nice (and different from regular halwa).

No central airconditioning. At arrival rooms were very warm as Air conditioning is connected to card switch. Took like an hour to get comfortable temperature.Breakfast needs to have at least standard Orange and Apple juices.

Staff is very cooperative including the front desk staff namely Mahnoor, Farhat, Noman, Muhammad Abbas and Abdul Hayee. I am very thankful to them for making my stay great. Also the breakfast was delicious including their chefs and the waiting staff. Hats Off and keep up the good work.

A nice comfortable stay in an excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were of a good size and the breakfast was simple but nice. The hotel has several restaurants and cafes on the premises. Overall a good affordable option in the heart of the city.

Rooms were a bit bare and the bathroom was a bit cramped. The room did not have any view and looked out at the back of a commercial building.

Staff were awesome, location is near perfect.

My only gripe is related to the bed sheets, I think they could use fresher and more cleaner looking bedding.
