The staff are extremely friendly, professional and helpful

The AC didnt work for a few hours but this was resolved by the staff immediately

Good location. Good room size.

Old furniture. Old paint. Sheets and towels worn off and not tidy. Mould in bathroom. Curtains did not cover the windows. Fridge was not working. Dim lights barely could see.

Nice location, spacious rooms and courteous staff

Location was reachable by Google maps but there was no sign board.

The location is very nice. Rooms were neat and clean. Very near to Blue area, F6 and F7.

The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful.It's around the corner from a large supermarket which is very handy, 5 mins walk. To go anywhere else a taxi is needed as the city is spread out, not really walkable.Hotel arranged for a taxi for me for the day to discover the cities sites.Room service

Issues with hot water several times, but reception did sort this each time.

The place was not clean. The bed sheet stinked as if pta nhe kitne din se cleaning nhe hui thi. The phones did not work. In one room the fridge was all open and not evem connected, in the other room I just opened the closet by chance and aik severe qasam ki smell ka bhapka nikla. Im short it severely lacked cleanliness and hygiene. Staff was polite and tried to facilitate but jub cheezain hi theek na hon to bechare staff kia karengey!.

This is a Guest House, well situated in a wonderful location, nearby main markets, main roads, shopping area and other things. You can easily access food courts nearby. Very well maintained as well. Rooms were clean, and the staff was very accommodating. Everytime I called, they responded positively. I had an experience of staying in their Murree Apartment as well which was also good. Recommended.Good value for money.

Few mosquitos were there in washroom but spray was provided immediately by the host. A little renovation of washrooms will add more value to the property. However, it was a good experience staying here.

It's on a dark backstreet not really close to anything convenientNo facilities on site. But it is a guesthouse not a hostel so perhaps that's harsh.

So they dont have blackout curtains and not even blinds behind the curtains and they have 2 gaint windows in one room at 6 o clock it felt like sun was inside my room and i just couldnt sleep at all because of the light .

It was pleasure stay at Reina Boutique Hotel. Their hospitality was up to the high standard. Specially Mr. Zaryab and other staff was very kind during our stay. In would recommend to stay in Reina Boutique Hotel.

Location and cleanliness

Breakfast.Very bad quality of breakfast, burnt toasts and egg was also not good. You could get a very good breakfast at this price . Breakfast not recommended.

The staff was cooperative and assisted us in best possible way.

Washrooms were smelly and not well kept

A very untidy place, seems as if it was not cleaned for weeks. I even discussed it with the front desk operative. However, he said that they cleaned it. Location in reference to my business was OK. There was no kitchen arrangement, they had to arrange meals from outside. Even breakfast had to be brought in. No standby generator, though had some arrangement for lights but AC remained off during load shedding.My room was very near to the front desk and it continued to be quite noisy right up to past 1 am. Ultimately, I had to get out of my bed and go to reception to silence the noisy discussion by 7/8 persons near the front desk.May be the owner does not know much about hospitality business.I will never recommend it to anyone.

Well first of all the staff is so accommodating and nice. The rooms were nice and comfortable. Almost everything was available, and if not, you can just ask for it. Overall, it was a great experience. Maybe now I'll not book anywhere else wherever I have to. I really liked it.

Well, there are only two things, not that I don't like more like what I would like them add is direction of kaaba and bathroom slippers. Otherwise, it was perfect.
