During my recent stay at Citymax Hotel in Rawalpindi, I had an incredible experience that exceeded my expectations. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality and professionalism of the staff stood out. They were warm, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a cozy and relaxing ambiance. The attention to detail, from the comfortable bedding to the modern amenities, ensured a truly comfortable stay. The views from the room were also quite pleasant, adding to the overall charm of the experience.Breakfast, in particular, was a treat, offering a wide selection of items to start the day right.Additionally, the location of Citymax Hotel is highly convenient. It is situated close to key attractions and commercial areas in Rawalpindi, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Despite its central location, the hotel provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, allowing me to relax after a busy day.Overall, my stay at Citymax Hotel was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rawalpindi. It truly lives up to its reputation for quality service and comfort, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

This is exactly at bus stations, there's no place for proper entrance and parking. This is just a room for bachelor one person .Ridiculous

Stayed with female cousin in different rooms, she got really sick and I had to go to her room to check on her. The staff wouldnt let me in her room when she was throwing up and told me to keep the door open while i was there...

To much bad Waste of money

Noise is to much 2nd here payment is 3200 with ac and in hotel they want 5 thousand with AC which is to much costly so I don't like it they don't have tooth paste which is most important product.

Room was on third floor. I have to carry my luggage to the third floor. There should be some staff to carry my luggage to the room.

Its was just okay because we were travelling to naran via faisal mover so we planned to stay to near place

Beds are not comfortable at all noisy and room was also not clean much old furniture and carpet

I got scammed. I paid for 3 nights (June 28 to June 30) on booking.com that costed 7110 PKR. I checked in on June 29th Then I extended my stay for two days (July 1st and July 2nd) for which they charged me 3500x2 PKR.On July 1st, I came to know that my stay will only need to be until July 1st. I asked hotel manager and he told me that I’ve already paid for July 2nd and will be refunded if I do not stay on July 2nd.So I stayed the night June 1st and checked out in the morning after 7 AM on July 2nd, way before their checkout time.When I asked them about my refund for the extra night which is July 2nd, they outright denied their own words and refused to refund the extra amount (3500) I had paid.The manipulated the calculation and enforced on me that the first amount I paid (7110 PKR) was for 2 days despite it actually being for 3 days.I called the person who initially handled my booking for the first 3 nights and he started yelling at me while refusing to accept his own words.Moreover, the first night I order food, it costed 360 PKR. Second day I ordered same food (nothing more, nothing less) , they charged me 450 PKR.They can’t keep their own words. Pathetic experience and service. Bathroom bulb is dysfunctional as well.The blanket they gave was already torn from places. They didnt also provide TV remote for LED.Even ethically immoral behaviour, they just knock the door once and come right inside your room without asking for permission or telling anything.Lock the door, they don’t have ethical values.

Because there are many facilities around the hotel

Dirty . Room bed sheet was dirt and cup glass inside was smell very bad . It’s like they didn’t wash cup glass from years.

It's not good I'm going for a booking but they are not giving room we are 2 people and one of my cousin She's very sick that's why i want a room for rest but they are not given that's not good

As per price it is good. But not luxurious.

Need more cleaning and windows should be tightly closed in winter.

Bed Lenin smelly and dirty .With great argument I managed yo get a white bed sheet. Towel first offered was used one and it was again get to changed with great efforts. Room service is on cash payment every time .or you have to deposit some amount in advance with advance room rent. In wash room facility except mini soap. No tissue paper. Drinking water glass was dirty .seemed no washed since its purchase. This was my first and last stay in this hotel .it is good for working class labourers and driver type people. Not good for middle educated class.
