Hotel Vista Inn DHA

The bathroom was filthy stinking. It was leaked and stinking water like urine smelling was spreading in the bathroom.

No drinking water in the room, no towel. LCD was not working.No tea or food available.

Checked out on the 1st but had made advance payment till 5th. They did not refund my money despite several requests

The blanket was old and not clean, and the pillows were not comfortable at all.Else all was fine

Too noisy during the night. Staff member on reception had his phone volume very high all night. Could here it clearly in the room on 2nd floor. Zero customer service training.

Awesome location , Clean rooms and lovely environment

Proper breakfast meal, best location ever and far from the busy street, variety of shop that fit your daily stay at the hotel.

Some time there will be load shedding but not in a very long duration of time. which happened in a fix time slot for every day. You need to check the schedule to when it will occur.

Everything was managed well by the hotel staff. Very well and polite staff. Hotel was clean and outstanding service was provided. Hotel rooms were according to the standard as mentioned by the them on the website. We were also provided with a complementary breakfast. Will suggest all the people to must stay there if they are planning for a visit to Islamabad

I loved the place, location and surroundings. In this low cost you gey such good safe place to stay. If you are on a short or one/two night low cost trip, I would highly recommend this place. Of course do not expect so much in low cost, the hotel is at prime location and they are charging very low. Good value for money place.

Room fan are basically ceiling fans with strange blue light in it which you cant turn off once the fan is on. So it was dim light in the room which made me a little uncomfortable while sleeping. Secondly, the lift was not working and our room was on second floor.

I like the best service in it,,very comfort and ,staff is good and cooperative specialy Mr Mudasir.

Location is good . going out for food,/meal is not appropriate, since it's a hotel therefore it should be arranged with in hotel, no good reasturant is located in near / walking distance.

Food & meal should be made available in your own hotel.

Friendly staff. This hotel is suitable for families.
