The staff was very helpful. Food was excellent

Hotel is upgrading the rooms so after 10AM there was some banging noise but I believe this is temporary.

Was promised transportation from Airport to Hotel; however in spite of informing hotel before hand; no transport was available on arrival. I had to arrange my own transport from Air Port to Hotel.

Roaches, mold and old musty smell in the room. The bathrooms are dirty. Hotel needs major upgrades

The hotel is in an ideal location.

There were several things that did not go according to expectation. I found the staff weren't as friendly and welcoming at reception when we checked in. The shower was below par, as was the fact that the facilities listed don't work e.g. gym. For the Crown Plaza chain and the cost I was expected a more high end experience with facilities and amenities in the hotel.

Very nice hotel...stayed just one night for a sleepover..clean very nice polite staff. Very comfortable beds!

Cleaning are very nice manager is very polite and good respectful. Other services are very nice.

Waiter are not responsible they were came in room not ask for coming in the room direct enter in the room. Any one else sitting with the family in room but waiter had no idea just knock the door and enter the room not asking for Mai I coming in the room this is bed thing. Thank you.

The location was central. The breakfast was really good. The room service was fast.

Located on a busy street . No private parking . Had to park on road side at our own risk.The linens were dirty the temperature control for the room was not working. It was extremely hot and humid and the heater was running . No option to switch it off.

The location is very good, with lots of good options around, the Centaurus mall in 15 mins walking distance, Shah Faisal Mosque within 10-min ride. The staffs are friendly. I needed to check in early and they kndly arranged it without added charge. The room was spacious, clean and came with complimentary water towel, prayer mat. There are enough options of lighting in the room.

The wifi is patchy. The hotel is located right across the main road so anyone sensitive to noises of vehicles at night may not find it very comfortable.The complimentary buffet can be a lot better as quite a few items don't taste very fresh. The access card to the room gets disconnected every time one steps out of the hotel. So, you'd need to get your card "charged" every time you're back from outside which the staffs immediately help with but it's not convenient.

Staff was cordial

We are vegetarians and there was hardly any cooked food that as vegetarians we could eat.Entry to hotel is messed up with so much traffic on the access road.

The hotel is very clean the staff were very helpful and welcoming The rooms have been upgraded Been coming to Thai hotel every year past 7 years and there have been improvements

Staff at the restaurant should be more attentive as ordered English tea but were given mixed tea.

Very friendly and cooperative staff

Location !! Although on map seems like centrally located in Blue area of Islamabad but it’s close proximity to Nadra office and a very small service lane on which it is located, meant, traffic congestion all the time. Noise pollution as the sound proofing is poor. Parking “ on road” , on a busy road adds element of risk.

Room size bed comfort cleanliness location everything was good just like a 4 start hotel but the junior staff (waiters, helpers, bellboy, guard, staff) they were amazing. Helpful and always available to help and guide. Without having any sort of extra money greed. Impressive!!!

We stayed for 2 nights. Everyday they used to give us 2 small water bottles complimentary and fruit basket . But I only received one basket (day first) which was fine from our side as we were not willing to and we didn’t even complain. But on the day of check out they charged me for 2 water bottle my kids used which was a cheap act even the bellboy was saying to wave this off but the guy on the reception charged me this . 230-250 Rs doesn’t matter to anyone but I found it bit weird as we gave them a good business. All advance paid . It was like a bad see off but over all it was a good experience. Btw I’m glad they didn’t charge me for the shower I took on the day of check out . ?
