The stay was great. The breakfast was amazing. The staff is cordial and very welcoming. They accommodated all our requests. Forgot a valuable watch while checking out and the staff promptly returned it to me.

The hotel offers a very good value for money. Its location away from the busy city gives a very calm and peaceful environment. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The buffets offerings can be improved specially for the breakfast, didn't have dinner or lunch at the place but the options available for breakfast can be improved. The selection of fresh fruits is very limited.

Our experience overall was good but not extraordinary. They have nice clean rooms. Sehri breakfast quality was excellent and had numerous options.

Bathrooms can get a bit makeover. Iftaar and dinner buffets were not worth the cost.

Room (king size), car parking, cleanliness were top notch and staff was friendly and helpful. A minor inconvenience was that the exhaust of bathroom was not operational, but other than that everything was great.

This hotel seems to have stagnated since its prime. While it may have once been a standout choice, it now offers only the bare minimum in terms of facilities and amenities, which feel outdated and subpar. The staff, though not unfriendly, often come across as indifferent or unmotivated, which detracts from the overall experience.For the price point, the hotel falls short of meeting the standards set by its competitors. Significant upgrades are needed to justify the cost and remain relevant in today’s market. One glaring issue is the state of the washroom doors, which appear to be a common problem across many rooms. The railings are worn out, the doors frequently fail to close properly, and the locks often get stuck, making them inconvenient and frustrating to use.While the hotel has potential, it urgently requires modernization and attention to detail—both in its facilities and service—to regain its former appeal and provide guests with a comfortable and worthwhile stay.

Only entrance was good

Rooms have smell. Carpet was not clean.

I liked how the hotel had a specific designated large area. The place looked nice and hotel had good facilities. Staff was quick to respond.

I loved the serene and picturesque location of The Margala Hotel, nestled in the foothills of the Margalla Hills. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, offering a great variety of local and international dishes.

There wasn't much to dislike, but the Wi-Fi could be a bit faster, also they must have transportation facility for guests.

Excellent value for money - compared to the 5-star hotels nearby. Nice room, decent WiFi. Exceptional staff who make you feel at home. The room is good. The food from the restaurant is great.

Maybe a bit noisy, But no major issue.

The hotel never fails to impress us. Starting from cleanliness to tasty food everything was according to our expectations. Staff was cooperative and very accommodating.

Hotel is in a beautiful green environment, close to the city center of Islamabad. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Everything is clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and we had a great view on the Magala mountain range. Room service had freshly made dishes.

The security check at the entrance seems a bit over the top, but ok, it will be safe inside the hotel's perimeter. Distance to the real city center needs a taxi.

the location was great , but i hope they will have outdoor cafe in future

gym was awful, without suitable air conditioning, and equipment were not enough, timing limitation for ladies was a very negative point

There was a smell coming in the galaries and lift.That could have been easily controlled but seems all staff was used it it and could not smell it.
