From the warm welcome to the comfortable, spotless room, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the location was ideal. Truly felt like home away from home.

Exceptional stay at European Complex! I visited with my family and we truly had a wonderful time. The guest house was very comfortable, clean, and family-friendly, and the views were absolutely amazing. It was peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for quality family time. Loved my stay here again! Came back with my grandkids this time, they enjoyed the outdoor area so much. Staff were super kind, beds spotless and comfy, and hot water perfect as always! The foggy mountains, light drizzle, and cool weather made it magical.

I had a perfect stay with my family and our son had a blast at the play area and indoor games. The staff was super nice and made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the fresh ripened fruits they kindly offered us, which added such a warm touch. The lawn was beautifully maintained and gave a very peaceful, relaxing vibe. Definitely coming back!

The place offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful mountain views. My ground floor room was easily accessible, which was a big plus at my old age. very cooperative and kind staff. I especially loved the outdoor lawn area — walking there in the cool mountain breeze was both fun and soothing. A perfect escape from the summer heat! Would definitely love to visit again.

I had an amazing experience with such a lovely weather. The blossoms and other pretty plants at the site made our stay more beautiful. No management, no hygiene, no customer care services, no ambiance, very bad or I would say zero maintenance.

I had an amazing experience at the European Complex. The room was tidy & comfortable having a panoramic view and a great ambiance. The Garden & kids area was a cherry on top. Fruit tress, especialy fennel seed frangrance uplifted the enviroment with its pleasant scent. The food was delicious. The staff was trained & helpful. My stay with my sister and her kids was remarkable and unforgetable. I must say it is a best & secure place for families & females.Will visit again. InshaAllah

The only thing that made me excited to visit this hotel was the online booking staff who communicated on phone and told about the hotel but found the other way.

A lot of things need improvement i.e.1.No Boards available on the road2.Check inn – reception was closed.3.Soaps / Comb / Towels etc. were not as per status and charges.4.Spider and other flies found in the room.5.Menu was not available – Handwritten paper was shown, and kitchen was closed6.Items – Too Expensive7.Wi fi Speed Very slow8.Electricity fluctuation and low voltage9.TV / Cable not working,
