Really helpful staff specifically Mr Zohaib at reception & Mr Imran in house keeping

Furniture/Inventory needs to be replace

Breakfast was good. Location was not on Main area but it was calm

Heating system was not working. required for children. For elders, it was good.

A very decent value for money. We got a whole suete for family. Overall quite comfortable stay, hot water, wifi , free breakfast and inverter made our stay quite comfortable.Staff was extra sweet and nice.

Only the rooms in basement didnt have heater/ inverter, so a bit cold.

Atmosphere. Chalat is good for 3 couples.

There was nothing in the kitchen like utensils. Inverter wasn’t working in the living room and 2 rooms in the basement was without any inverter.

There food taste is excellent. There service was really good.

They can include Android TVs and improve wifi speed.

Our stay at Hotel One Bhurban was excellent. Their service was very good, and every time we asked for room cleaning, they did it quickly and properly.We got the highest room with a stunning view of the mountains and greenery all around. The balcony was amazing, and we could enjoy the beautiful scenery from both the room and the balcony.The buffet breakfast was delicious with many options. They also gave us complimentary breakfast and a kettle with tea items we could use anytime.The manager and all staff members were very polite and helpful. Highly recommended for a peaceful and scenic stay in Bhurban.

The staff was co-operative especially the housekeeping department.

One room did not have the Valley view

I had a comfortable stay at Hotel One Bhurban. The staff was extremely professional and courteous, always attentive and ready to assist. The location is also a major plus, offering peaceful surroundings and beautiful views, ideal for a relaxing getaway. The cleanliness and overall ambiance of the hotel added to the positive experience.

There were a few things that could be improved. The road leading to the hotel was under construction, which made access a bit inconvenient. Also, breakfast was served in the room instead of a buffet, and there was no printed menu provided, making it difficult to know the available choices. These small issues slightly affected the overall experience.

We had a short but pleasant stay at this property. Staff, location, amenities and peaceful environment is indeed worth visiting again.

Staff was very cooperative, kind and supportive. They guided us well and were responsive.

Hotel and location both was outstanding, staff is well cooperative, facilities was also 10/10. I will suggest to increase the menu items .

The place was very peaceful

The mirrors were not very fine. There was no dryer in the washroom. The basement room was a bit smelly. The road to the hotel is in the making

Very nicely managed, comfortable need, and clean rooms near to market and staff is also very cooperative.

Acctually i liked the Advertisment. I saw the picture of them on booking.com and booked it. The location is good and is bieng managed by good people. Staff was good and some food was good

They were lacking sitting area, a restaurant, a green garden. There was no green grass in that cemented property. Room was a bit small, and had to ask for gowns and dental kits etc. Electric kettle was dirty from the inside, might be somebody had boiled milk in it.There was a dead cat just beneath our teras. Food was over pricy 1200 rs for 1 plate of biryani with 2* 1/16 piece chicken. Water was complementary for the day, asked water around 2300 hours but didn't came. And the next morning they brought water and later on i came to know they just wanted to charge the money for that.

Service was good enough.

Faraway location… expensive food items. One day same food cost 5253and on the other day it was 9139… same food items ..

Their staff is very cooperative (specially property manager Mr. Saqib), food was a little bit expensive but value to money and delicious (specially breakfast buffet), and views were also awsome,
