- Timing of restaurant and hot water does not stay hot due to small water tank in each room.Not easy to negotiate from Airport location of hotel confused the Google map direction.
- Nothing much except breakfast buffet was almost the same every single day. A little change would have been nice.
- Despite arriving at the property at 5pm, the rooms weren’t ready and we were asked to wait for 45 min. Not a 4 star standard!The bedsheet, carpet had stains despite newly opened. The sliding door in the bathroom is pointless, it doesn’t open or close nicely. There was bad odor in the room. Breakfast was average, could been better knowing this is a hotel chain.

Amazing staff , good rooms , best location
It was really a nice experience. I enjoyed my stay. Food was very good. Rooms amazing and staff was friendly. A perfect place to be when visiting a city.
Its a new property. The room for twin beds was big. All staff were very friendly and always offering help especially the reception staff. House keeping staff were amazing. There is TKR restaurant next door which is really super food.
The gym is can only fit one person at a time and most of the equipment were not functioning. The music outside our room was loud which was a bit inconvenient.
Location is Good …Staff is very nice n Polite..
Parking is outside and had No Sheds to cover from Hot Sun… Pillow in the Rooms Were Hard…
Unprofessional and unhelpful staff
Staff were unprofessional. Took several days to respond to a message on a late check in time despite me following up and also asking booking.com to also ask them for a response. They tried charging me twice when I arrived saying that they hadn’t received the payment when I had already paid. The fridge in the room didn’t work and when I asked for assistance the maintenance worker called the hotel manager infront of me informing them they had inspected the fridge and it’s not working and the manager responded angrily and audibly enough for me to hear that ‘what am I supposed to do about it’. No follow up or anything. When I checked out they gave me my final bill. One hour after leaving they called me saying I hadn’t settled the bill and infact there were some payments for some nuts which I needed to return and pay despite them not mentioning it before. Overall the attitude of the management/staff was unprofessional. If you are a foreign traveller expecting good service you would be better off looking into other hotels.
