Otherwise, the room was cleaned very well . Just dust in the air was problematic for allergic patients.4. Fruits were not fresh, Banana was rotten, and Watermelon was unripe. 5. The tissue box is not placed in the room it should also be in the room. 6. WiFi/network was not working most of the time.

Paid for iftar dinner which was quite expensive, but honestly can say not a single dish was nice. Below average taste, highly not recommend to eat there.
This property is located in the heart of the city and they recently renovated with very high standards of facilities. Modern walk in shower.
No hot water from 1am to 6am. As they switched off the heater due to lack of guests.

Hotel staff very helpful. Room was available for early check in and the hotel provide complimentary transfers to the airport. The food in the restaurants was very good - at breakfast while some things were not on the buffet (it was very early) the staff always got what I needed. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I stayed for a total of 5 nights at the start and end of my trip.
Lots of children staying at the hotel so a bit noisy at times but that was the only negative.
