I booked it at the last moment. The location isn't too bad.

I encountered the hot water issue at night but they moved me to another room but I encountered the WiFi issues in the morning.

Room were dirty and bad smell everywherethe staff was not cooperated and they were cutting electricity again and again.

The location was pleasant.

Washroom had no toiletries and was so smelly. No warm water.

Staff was too busy and not responding to calls.. Warm water was not available..Breakfast is not available if anybody wants early than 1100 hrs

I recently stayed at Hotel Red Roof & Restaurant with my family in Abbottabad and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location on Nathigali Road in Harnoi offers a breathtaking view of a waterfall that's simply mesmerizing. The staff was incredibly cooperative and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay with stunning scenic views for photography, I highly recommend visiting this hotel. It's a perfect blend of relaxation and natural beauty.

It was beautiful experience ?. The staff and owner is Masha Allah so cooperative. I think its the best hotel in abbotabad. Family friendly, beautiful View, cooperative staff, peaceful environment, and food taste is so good. Value for Money❤️. In this price range you can't find better option then Hotel red roof.

Everything is Great

Location is good, water fall on the back of the hotel gives you a good vibe

Cleanliness was pathetic, bugs were everywhere, room wasn't clean at all even bed sheets were not washed properly

We liked the location and the comfort and cleanliness of the room was exceptional.

One thing which we don't like if you open mirrors lots of bees gets enter into room make it difficult to sit in room. There should be protection to stop bees to get inside the room. Secondly warm water was not available in bathroom make it difficult to get bath.

The room is very neat and clean. The view from all rooms is very Good I booked two rooms, there is also a small waterfall and garden.

The thing which i disliked is Load shedding in the area although not the fault of hotel management obviously ?, they have generator facility if asked.
