Dishonest staff, refused to give us the room we booked and paid for

Completely unprofessional behaviour. We booked and paid for a suite with double beds, 60m2 size listed on the booking. They gave us a tiny room with 1 bed and refused to change, with each staff member giving a different and conflicting explanation.Staff doesn’t help with anything. They are unavailable at the reception in the morning and night, no help with luggage/bags, and one of them came in our room without our permission and took the iron away. The room they gave us also had the bed crammed next to the window and the curtains hardly blocked the morning sun. We asked for a mattress (since they didn’t give us a spare bed) and the mattress was rock solidOverall a terrible experience and a complete lack of professionalism displayed by the property and staff. Don’t recommend this place at all

Excellent location and secured hotel, with really good A/C and smart T/V.

The room service would take over 1 hour to arrive each time, and also when ordering food, half of the food would arrive and the other half over 30 mins later, after chasing up with staff. Did not have lifts so suitcases could get damaged carrying to and from room.

The décor was charming and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. The room also featured a nice sitting area, which I appreciated for relaxing after a day of exploring.Facilities: The guest house offered excellent amenities, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a delicious complimentary breakfast each morning, and ample parking. The location.

I was told that the internet would be super fast but it was terrible. Breakfast was ordinary that we decided to leave it and have somewhere out side.

Location, Staff, Room..... It is a Good and secure place for Families. Car parked inside the main gate and is safe...Main recreation spots are nearby...

Their kitchen timing of dinner... kitchen closes at 9pm.

Location was good, process was smooth, rates were good, good for family stay in reasonable price as compare to other properties.staff is cooperative and professional.

It's actually not a hotel, just a big vacation home turned into a hotel, so missing basic necessities, like dining/eating place, common sitting area (provided space is open to other rooms door, violating privacy) no POS credit debit card machine, breakfast served in room, very limited menu, for 4 person they provide, 1 double and 1 single bed, room was small for four persons, no mini fridge in room, no drinking water, toilet bowl is dirty, not cleaned, toiletries were missing. Not a good place for boys

It was a great experience to stay in their 2nd Branch The room was not given same as per the picture but they have guided me to go to their 2nd Branch and it was pretty nice room was spacious and bathroom and breakfast almost everything was perfect ? Thanks to host

They didn't provide the blanket Only a simple lightweight sheet to cover up Its not a big deal bcz the weather was not really cold but I didn't get the blanket that's y I have to mention here

Location was good with good staff

Build was very poor.Specially wash room, lot of space wasted for shower which make commode and wash basin very uncomfortable.

The rooms were very nice and clean and every thing was almost new the furniture and everything.The staff was very nice it felt home like and secure .The location was very nice as it was close to monal and a market close to it and very peaceful .

The stuff it says on booking.com about it having a pool and suana etc is all false.When i asked they told us that people give fake reviews but idk how honest that was .You get a very nice room a bath and the breakfast is also just basic pratha and omelete etc .But the thing is it’s worth it’s price you get what you paid for .
