Am overall it was a good stay especially the staff was so helpful also breakfast was great but

Am room was just okay as it was quite outdated for the price, also one of heaters was not working

Rooms smell bad , bedding appeared used, and the beds seemed infested with bugs. Breakfast buffet was very poorly managed—dishes were not refilled properly and staff seemed disorganized.

The rooms are spacious and have an old-time charm

I loved how accommodating and helpful the staff was. We arranged my mother’s mini birthday surprise at midnight and everyone was so supportive.

The mattress was a bit hard.

It’s amazing heritage site built in 1852. Heritage rooms were amazing with modern facilities. Staff is amazingLocation is great.

Online it looks good. It is very far from the city center where the action is. We were not allowed entrance at the checkpoint, despite online confirmation.

The facilities, staff and quality of the services is exceptional.

It is at 5-10 min walk from mall road murree and the road is bit dark at night. The price can be bit low

The place has an amazing view, and the combination with its heritage gives it an excellent vibe.The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming.The hotel gave us a large three-bedroom suite, so we were very comfortable.

The rooms would be better equipped with inverters instead of portable electric heaters. The heaters sometimes worked, sometimes they didn’t, due to malfunctioning switches or issues with the heaters themselves.Some other facilities were not fully operational. For example, the sliding door in one bathroom would get stuck and its lock did not work, while the other bathroom did not have a functioning light.Speaking of the bathrooms, they were quite small.The hotel also did not seem to have an automatic “Make Room” option, which was unusual for a prestigious five-star PC hotel.

Amazing piece of architecture. Beautifully crafted since 1851 . Corridors reflect the ancient beauty of this place . From the wooden floor to the fall ceiling to the electrical switches to the luxurious yet simple Lakhanvi and Hashanwi suites with breathtaking views if the MURREE hills . This was an amazing place. Staff was extremely courteous. Nashta was really good . Although it was a bit cold but it was tasty They have smart tvs you can watch netflix and chill too lol

The rooms sheets were a bit untidy , the washroom exhausts were out of order. I stayed in the studio building….

Breakfast was super. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location was super. Our studio was in old wing of the hotel so was of course older look and facilities but we were aware of this so got good deal. Overall it was excellent stay

Preservation of heritage

Mattresses are small, hard and not clean

It’s a historic hotel which is very well renovated to keep its majestic look. The exterior building and interior all give you a nostalgic vibe. The garden and outdoor dining was beautiful with pretty flowers and roses manicured aesthetically. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided living place for our driver for reasonable rates.

The washroom drains were a bit clogged. The food was expensive and very well presented but was not tasty. It’s a place to experience especially in a good weather. The adventure park nearby was closed. If it is made workable then the hotel will be more attractive.

The reception. room, location and very near from mall roads. Staff were very obedient.

Rooms need a dressing table with miror.

Property is very well kept and beautifully renovated to its original state. We stayed in Viceroy suite it has amazing views from front window of sitting area.

Property needs special attention to cleaning of nooks and corners.

Wonderful ambiance, very cooperative staff. Loved the breakfast. The rooms were clean, quite big, and cozy. The garden and heritage building were absolutely beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning!

Location, services very polite and helping staff. Food is also nice.

The severage system need attention as there was a gutter smell in their toilets. We complain to the staff they change the room but it was also in another room. The water in toilets taps are also not clean.

Location was easy to access. No issues regarding parking. Staff was nice and cooperative. Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Excellent cleanliness. Breakfast was superb. Overall, it's a great experience to stay at Cecil. Kids liked it the most.

All good except basic amnetities.

The staff was slow, I reached and start correcting the 5 Star service. There were no tissues, bins, and water in the room. They got us everything but In 5 5 Star, I don’t need to do stuff like that.

Very courteous and efficient staff. Service was very swift. The Studio was very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Location was central but very quiet and peaceful. Parking was right next to our apartment building.

Some of the minor fittings in the soap dishes were loose. The roof mounted fan in the bedroom wasn’t working. The bedside lamp wasn’t working but was promptly rectified.
