Fiora Hotel

I recently stayed at Fiora Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The common terrace view was amazing and the restaurant’s food was very delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very supportive. The reception team was also very welcoming and cooperative. Overall, everyone was very nice and the hospitality was impressive. Highly recommended!

Very good location , booked suite , it was quite spacious. Buffet breakfast was good. You can walk 10-15 mins to Mall road GPO. Restaurant in the hotel was also good, wash room water pressure was good. Had good view from the room.

Only thing didn’t like about this hotel was quality of mattress was really poor, it is such a good hotel overall all but need to improve mattress quality so guests can take good rest.

The hotel is new hence very little wear and tear. Staff is very courteous and helpful. The executive rooms where we lived were spacious.

The executive room on 9th floor view was blocked with new construction in the front. Auxiliary power i.e. generator was there but was not taking the load and was tuning off frequently. AC in one of the rooms was not working. I think these are issues which can be resolved and maybe considered as teething problems. Breakfast was available but quality needs improvement, however the TEA was good.

The only thing Murree lacks in my opinion is cleanliness However when I visit fiora I was genuinely impressed.Their rooms very nice properly clean and we'll maintained .The staff is extremely courteous and helpful.I highly recommend Fiora

Mall Road is just 5to 7 minutes walking distance from Fiora their staff is very nice and very well manner food is very delicious I suggest you to add more items in menu

Location was good and close to everything

Hard floor tiles. Should be carpets. Bed linen has very bad smell Room has a rock like hard couch.

Bed was nice, rooms looked nice, neat and clean.

View was ok, they have built too much in murree, so now there is almost no nature left, really sad the government does not put up building restrictions to preserve beautiful nature.

One of the best hotels in Murree with good environment n friendly staff especially Mr Noman he is very helpful all breakfast offers various food and was delicious I fully recommend Fiora Hotel for your friends n families and groups for the next level stay

The views were absolutely astonishing. The hotel was very clean, modern and elegant. Me and my partner enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back.

Ambience was extra ordinary. Professional and experienced staff. Came for the first time. Would recommended for sure. Luxurious rooms. They've got all what a five star should. Food is also a must try. To be honest you really don't find such an amazing, hygienic and delicious food. Bar b q literally tantalize your taste buds to next level. Fiora hotel is also quite near to mall road as well. Front desk staff is amazingly hospitable and go to beyond extreme to accomodate all needs. So over all recommended and a must try hospitality experience in murree.

As I was extremely curious to experience fiora hotel while it's raining or snow fall but unfortunately whether was clear so missed that but this isn't gonna stop me from coming back in winters to experience glittering snow in fiora. Becomes heaven literally, saw their pictures of snowfall. Can't wait to be back.

Local was nice; not our preference yet that was the only advantage for guests who wish to Mall road in Murree

I made reservation for a family suite with a livi g srea includi g a sofa bed as published onli e. This was my family requirement fot 5 persons. On reaching there to my disappointment i was given two rooms and one was very small with no windows. On inquiring with front desk I was told the information online is not accurate; I would call that misleading information. Later for every smallest thing I was asked un reply that would be charged; hotels charging for their rooms to this level are usually courtious. Breakfast was disappointing. Rooms were not very clean and at night discovered a large crawling insect in the bathroom; had to call housekeeping to bring insecticide and get rid of the insecticide. The staff very casually responded these are common in humid conditions.

Facilities and cleanliness.

Worst Location, worst staff, totally untrained and no internal communication. They agreed to let us check in at 11-12 but we waited almost 3hours wandering here and there, tired of 6-7 hours travel and sitting in hot open place because the person who made commitment and conveyed to the management, they just forgot. And every time when they said they'll clear the room and let us check in, and after the given time when we asked them for check in, they would give us another extra 40-50 mins. We were so tired and fed up that we decided to go for any other hotel. Then they committed to give us complimentary 1 time lunch/breakfast after we checked out. But when we intended to claim that, they said there's nothing complimentary like that. It was so embarrassing. Nothing like special aur good services in this price. It's better to go for some good brand where you actually find value for your money.
