The carpet was dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was average at best. The waiters had a poor attitude and were unresponsive. The worst part was the management—one day before checkout, they slipped a notice under the door demanding checkout or threatening a fine. I’ve traveled to many countries and have never experienced such unprofessional behavior. This was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.

I didn't like the staff calling me on my cell phone after sunset when I was strolling around. They asked me to clear the bill for lunch that I ate at Terrace Cafe in afternoon. He should have posted it to my room. He had asked and noted our Room number when we came and sat on table at Terrace Cafe. What was the purpose of asking room number and noting it if bill can't be posted? On next day at breakfast time, one of my children's breakfast was not covered in our stay, his bill was posted to our room. Why couldn't it be done by Terrace Cafe?

Excellent location. Our stay was very comfortable and facilities were great.

Food could be better. The buffet items were cold and tasted very average. We asked to staff to get some fresh items which they provided so can’t complain much. Overall a very good experience Alhamdulillah.

We stayed in may 2025 the room was perfect there was welcome card in the room they also welcomed us very perfectly with welcome drinks room was new floor was clean everything was perfect but this time all these things were not good room was not good floor was old pc just priorities there company delegations not other guests this is very disrespectful they give us standard room with deluxe king bed that was not deluxe king room. Just because all deluxe king rooms were booked for delegation of a private company.

The views were obviously breathtaking . And the heating facilities throughout the building were spot on.I was up for the swimming pool . Although it was not ready yet . They said it will be ready after 15th december, I didn’t have the luxury of time to enjoy sauna or jacuzzi …. The tracks and the swings were amazing. The amphitheater the look of it was really gorgeous…. I heard some bad reviews about Nadia , but man the naashtaaa wasss amazing ….. the minibar was although on the expensive side…. Overall a great experience. You also have the luxury to visit CHINAR GOLF CLUB thru PC from parking no 3 , but make sure you go there before maghrib via PC . Otherwise you would have to go fromThe main door….

The toll tax 200 upon every time someone comes to PC should be reconsidered and should be discussed with the policy makers.

The food prices are very high also room prices should be lower . The breakfast buffet was pathetic. Werid taste and tasted like frozen food .

Property is OK, it’s Hyped up for no reason. Just to visit there is an Entrance free per person Rs 2500 which can be used towards food, a buffet BF is around Rs 2500. Hi Tea Rs 4000.

The entire property is surrounded with tall trees, covering the entire valley view. Plus the property did not looked appealing needs to be cleaned up.

It was noisy ,loud music playing till 12 am And some other noise till 2amEven after two complains they did not resolve problem ,we could not sleep

The overall cleanliness, environment, facilities in the hotel were really good. Staff was professional and helpful.

I always wanted to stay in famous PC Bhurban and this time I was able to stay when I visited Murree. This property has nice facilities. Our room had massive balcony with great views. Buffet Breakfast had lot of options. This property had access to golf courses and a pine wood hiking trail which is wonderful.

AC unit installed in our room was a little bit noisy especially for night time which caused a little inconvenience for us.

The location is amazing. The property is huge and there are plenty of places inside to spend time in.

Its not 5 star for many reasons:1. Rooms are dated and not well maintained2. Menu is limited and dishes are not of 5 star quality, taste or presentation - especially given the very high price

It has good views from balcony, decent size room. Issues in washrooms, needs to be maintained. Otherwise they have a lot of good amenities and facilities like swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

They need to maintain their washrooms, like renovate them. Most of the things are breaking and not up to the mark.

The staff needs to be more courteous... especially Ms. SHAFIA and Mr Naqeeb need training on how to treat their customers ( very unprofessional).. some people were given VVIP treatments, and some guests were just ignored . On the other hand Mr. MAJID and Mr Qasim were more than helpful and courteous.

Breakfast at Nadia Restaurant was good and have many options.

Disappointed with PC Bhurban – Not Worth the PriceThis was my second, and definitely last, visit to PC Bhurban. I’m extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The hotel charges an unreasonably high amount for rooms that simply don’t justify the cost. I paid PKR 70,000 per night for a Deluxe Twin Room, and stayed for two nights. The room was neither spacious nor luxurious — just an ordinary room that fell far short of what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.I had pre-booked a baby cot and requested it be placed in the room before my arrival. However, when I checked in, there was no cot in the room. After waiting and following up with room service, they finally brought a dirty plastic baby cot after about 30 minutes. When I asked for a clean one, I was told that all other cots were already in use. I had made this request well in advance, and it’s unacceptable that I was given such poor service despite early notice.There are far better hotels in the area with more modern rooms, better service, and significantly better value for money. PC is clearly relying on its brand name while delivering substandard facilities and outdated amenities.The room furniture is old, the cleanliness was lacking, and nothing about the stay felt premium or worth the high price tag. It feels like PC is more focused on cashing in on their reputation than actually maintaining a 5-star standard.I would not recommend staying at PC Bhurban. Save your money and explore other hotels in the area that offer far better comfort, cleanliness, and customer service at much more reasonable prices.
