Staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. Guards were very nice and respectful. Felt safe.

Plz change your shampoo. It ruined my hair.

I have stayed at Serena, Centaurus apartments, best western premier and few other places however this will be my only place to stay in future. Excellent location amazing staff and very prompt and courteous service. Everyone from check-in to housekeeping and restaurant is just amazing. Location is extraordinary right in front of f6 markaz.

Very modern beautiful and well kept small hotel. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. :)

Location was ideal; the hotel was situated near a mall and many good eateries were available. As we had a domestic flight early on our day of departure, the hotel staff were able to accommodate to us and offered us breakfast at an earlier timing.

The location was nice, central to most touristic sites. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was simple but tasty.

I find the price quite expensive. Also, it was a bit difficult to communicate in English with the staff.

Small and nice boutique hotel, comfortable and well equipped room. Staff were great as well as the location.

They don’t have a fitness center, even if they list one in the description. The room was in the basement, meaning there wasn’t really any view.

The location was perfect for our stay. We could walk across the road to many shops and restaurants. The staff were great, especially the breakfast team. The chef made the children pancakes which was very kind of him.

It would be great if there was an iron in the room.

Cleaning For example bed sheet and blanket had the blood on it.Washroom was not exceptionally cleaned from the corners.The room was not even dusted.

The staff at Villa Vista are of the highest professionalism, and genuinely go out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are meticulously clean, as are all common areas. Villa Vista is in an excellent and secure location across the street from many dining options and shops. There is also easy access to transportation. Highly Recommended!

Rooms are nice clean, safe & good location.

We arrived in 2 batches, at 10 pm and 2 am, were given rooms in the basement next to the kitchen corridor, couldn't sleep ALL night because of really loud talking of the kitchen staff in the back corridor, called reception repeatedly to ask them to quiet down to no avail. Spent quite a bit of money to rest for 8 hours, got none. Wouldn't recommend rooms 105/106.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Great location.there was no working desk in the room. I asked from the staff to bring one. They were very helpful even at this very special request. Really appreciate that. Special thanks to the chef of the kitchen for feta cheese!

breakfast was not good.food is extra oily . i dont know maybe chef thing that oil is free that it looks like, he is putting bottle of oil in one dish.

please trained your housekeeping staff. they were not loyal with their job. i was checking they just went to washroom and take no chemical with them and saying they are cleaning washrooms. not taking care of hygiene. putting comforters on the dirty place and then putting same on bed. owner should take strict action especially on Hosekeeping staff. the building is good from outside but when i went to rooms and saw washroom it looks like it is constructed many years ago.

Very comfortable hotel, large rooms with everything you need. Quiet, breakfast was good.

The hotel and the room were nice and modern. The room was very big and bathroom too. They were going to give me a room in the basement without window but finally I got one on the ground floor with window, although not to exterior. The personnel were very nice and helpful.

Although the area seemed nice and there are some shops and restaurants, the hotel is a bit far from the more central area, and you need to take a taxi. The worst was the noise in the corridor and reception area late in the evening, not allowing one to sleep. Although this seems to happen often in Pakistan (people don’t respect others), the hotel should request guests not to make noise. Breakfast was ok but not fantastic.

Decor was very appealing and staff was exceptional. They assisted us with making our arrangements for transportation and recommended outdoor activities. The room service was outstanding and as always very courteous. We plan to visit again in our future celebratory trips to Islamabad! Thank you for an amazing stay.

10/10 - perfect location with several restaurants across the road inc KFC, Chaaye Khana, Nando’s, Cafe Biblio, Tayto, Chop Chop Wok etc. amenities also close by inc Pharmacy, Optician etc. Also, most tourist attractions nearby inc Faisal Mosque, Monument, Saidpur and the PNCA. The hotel is very secure with a gated premise and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel and surrounding premises. The hotel is very clean, modern and has all required amenities inc toiletries, slippers, smart TV etc. Overall, very enjoyable stay, quick service, safe and friendly atmosphere and fast room service. I didn’t try the breakfast but I’m sure this would also be exceptional.

Soundproofing can be improved - I stayed on the ground floor and could hear all conversations and movement in the corridor and could also hear the conversations from the room next door which had children making lots of noise. Otherwise 5 stars for everything else.
