Terrible experience

I booked three rooms at Mudan Hotel with a check-in time of 2 pm on July 19. While traveling from Naran to Islamabad, an eight-hour drive, I contacted the hotel at 6 pm to ensure that all three rooms would be clean and ready because I was traveling with my family. They assured me everything was fine. However, when I arrived at 11 pm, I found that only one out of the three rooms was ready, as they had given my room to someone else temporarily. Additionally, the other two rooms were dirty, with hairs on the bed, pillows, and blankets. The staff were very rude, and when I questioned them about the condition of the rooms, they told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave.

The room was very spacious and the balcony view was great. I went from Kuwait and enjoyed it a lot. Its close to the airport and the service is very good. The staff helped me with all my requests. Very professional.

best place for relaxing

they dont have kitchen facilities if you any thing you have to buy from out or food panda but the location is in markaz so you can buy easily

Washroom was extremely uncleaned. Room carpets were not cleaned as well. I would never recommend anyone to stay. My room was at 2nd floor.

Cleanliness

its nestled in a mini markaz area a little distance away from the main markaz of E11, however it has shops, chai hotel, pharmacy nearby. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful place.

The gallery shown in snaps of any website has an Air Conditioner outer placed in it so you cannot stand in it.They don`t serve your a complimentary breakfast.

The beddings and washroom was clean.

The location was very inconvenient. The hotel is tucked in a corner of E11 and was difficult to locate. The pictures of rooms etc were misleading as they must have been taken when the property was newly constructed. The maintenance was not up to the mark, bed headboard had burn marks, unclean carpets, in hall some molding coming out. No handles were installed in the wardrobes. The room fan was very noisy. Some electrical wall sockets, especially on bedside were not working. There were watermarks on some wall. Cleanliness should be improved as well. Not value for money at all.

As such nothing

There was no security or privacy they even remove the door lock from inside the room even you are sleeping from the outside anyone can come in to your room highly un recommt

We requested an early check in that they approved. Hotel staff was cooperative.

There were a few issues with the room initially like the window could not shut properly so there were flies inside the room and washroom toilet flush was not functional. However, they offered a free room upgrade after that.

The location was good and staff was very much cooperative. Very much pleased with the staff.

Bed sheets and duvets were too much dirty, there were stains of blood on duvet which staff changed later on our demand. There was no power backup ? the guests were too much uncomfortable due unavailability of power backup. There was water availablity issues as well. Since there was no power backup the water in tanks was also emptied and every single person at the hotel was complaining about it. After 2-3 hours power back up was arr arranged.Overall experience was very bad.!!

Very poor

No hot water available in wash rooms ,specially the pressure of water was very slow in taps and the chain of comote shower was very small and was on left side.

Awful

There were cigarettes in the toilet from previous user, the bed sheets, pillow cases and duvet were all dirty I asked to get them replaced only for them to give dirty ones again. The water ran out of my room so the toilet couldn’t flush or no water was coming out the sink.

Disappointing overall.

Shabby Decor. Musty smell. Not very clean.
