IFQ Hotel & Resort Islamabad

I really liked the smooth and hassle-free check-in and checkout process. All the services were well-managed, especially the breakfast, which was excellent. Overall, the service throughout my stay was commendable.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like during my stay — everything met or exceeded expectations.

Size and room decor

Clean, courteous staff & its location.

It was away from hustle and bustle. I wanted to stay in a quiet location, although further away from shopping but it was worth the stay.

Everything was good, but when I checked in it took longer when I had a night flight and I simple wanted easy check in but there was alot of faffing going on with staff. I was told to wait for the manager to arrive, after a wait he came and managed to resolve the issue. Overall other staff were helpful, friendly and as a female solo traveller I felt safe!

Location is good

Staff attitude too bad, checkin took 1.5 hours, three rooms shown and then one selected due to small room size

Breakfast was good, as well as location and vicinity to the main places in the city

Staff (except Muaz) at the reception needs some training with how to deal with the guests. Every discussion with the manager (Rafey) was more of an argument rather than a discussion. He wasn’t a good listener at all. Simple things like small water bottles which are usually complimentary, were charged and hugely overpriced. Cleaning amd room service would only respond after 3-4 reminders

The staff was extremely professional and thoughtful. We were with an infant and a 5 year old. I would go as far as to see we were a demanding family but the staff left no stone unturned, especially Raja from the coffee shop, went the extra mile to look after our infants' dietary needs. Check in was nice and smooth.

They had one restaurant and one coffee shop. Bbq area was under renovation at the time. Place is slightly away from main islamabad so not a lot of food options other than the hotel itself. We booked the chalet which all in all was decent, but since its near the garden we had to deal with mosquitoes. We chose this hotel because of its close proximity to the diplomatic enclave, which was our main purpose of visit. All in all if you are in islamabad for business in diplomatic enclave its a great option

The staff was friendly, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean

The toilet floor tile is extremely slippery when wet and not suitable for the shower. We had a few moment when we almost slipped and fall.

Front office staff , Was extremly helpful , especially Zain & Mahnoor. Location & ameneties are very nice and convenient. The staff never fail to put a smile on your face.

Food panda dosent deliver / other delivery apps not much option for delivery.

The very neat and clean hotel and specially Mr Nadeem Iqbal Thaeem ( Manager) IFQ is very great personlity fullu accomodative and responsive man. And other all over the staff is very humble and having good nature persnalities. Thanks

The location is good if you want to travel around Islamabad.

There are multiple things.1- The washroom had 2 fixed soap and lotion containers which are fixed on the wall which is not good. They should provide separate small bottles both in the shower and on the sink like all hotels do.2- The Muslim shower did not work at all it was free and you will have no control despite requesting the staff they did nothing. 3- They did not provide room slippers or even shower slippers even though we asked the housekeeping to make our room he still did not put them. Plus no tissue papers were offered

The very extraordinary place for living. And specially the Nadeem Iqbal Taheem (Manager) IFQ Resort & Hotel very cooperative personality and very acomodative person. And front manger Muneeb nd other staff female and male having good manner's and professional skill's.

The money was room service all menu also fries & tea is very expensive did not justified in any manners anywhere.

I got my first stay at IFQ Hotel & Resort was about a one year ago with the through of booking.com and I feel comfortable , neat & clean the atmosphere of this hotel is very near to nature.There was especially the team of management and other worker's of the hotel especially Mr. Nadeem Iqbal Thaeem Front Manager(IFQ), Mr. Muneeb Duty Manager (IFQ) and also including female DMO or other worker's satff of the (IFQ) unfortunately who's name i could not remembered. They has been all very good qualities and having skills of management and They are all is a fully organized that can take any business or organization to a higher level of growth.Therefore, whenever I come to Islamabad, IFQ Hotel is my first priority for stayed.

All is well but this hotel in a prime location in the capital city of Pakistan should strive more to attract people and come here to find peace and happiness. Which first of all they should start the rewarding of membership their regular or old customers with the premium benefits and give them incentives with other various financial benefits and organized the offers specially for there members.

The staff very coperative specially Mr. Nadeem Thaeem Front Manger and othe female DMO staff all staff is well dressed and having skills of management property.

Price is too much and room size was not a good

The very cool atmospher and the staff which is Mr. Nadeem Thaheem Front office Manager Is very accommodative and humble personality. So this property is truly meet to the expactations.

The environment

I pay in advance, but on my check out they ask me to pay a tax, which they must take on my check-in

The hospitality of the staff was superb. Mr Nadeem Ahmed's supervisor was amazing down to earth.Executive Cheff Rehmat is amazing and supervising the kitchen very well.Front Desk Officers Mahnoor and Zunaira was good in dealing. I also want to mention a guy from buffet section Sarshad as well. Keep it up, and we'll done .

Need an air conditioning system to be more better .

IFQ Islamabad hotel it was really nice experience. The hotel is superb with a focus on exceptional service and hospitality.My room was extremely nice and clean great staff especially Front Office team & Housekeeping team. Thank you very much for very short time arang Airport drop off. We definitely come back soon highly recommended Hotel.

If there was a rating below 0 I would give that. Very upset and disappointed with the hotel. I would never recommend that you stay here. Please save your money!!!

The room that we were given was dirty and had stains over the bedding with hairs. The bathroom also had hairs hanging from the towel railing. Complained and the manager gave us another room only to find our that had similar issues. In the morning we asked for the ironing board and they brought us 2 broken ironing boards and complained and was told that they will swap it again for a better one but after 45min wait with no one turning up we walked out. Please look elsewhere if you’re looking to book a hotel in Islamabad. Don’t know how they have there current star rating.

Rooms are excellent with all facilities. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff is courteous and prompt in serving your needs. I had a dinner in Spice market. Variety of dishes in menu. Taste was excellent.

Eveeything was up to the mark
