Worse, lost of money

Location is not good, no proper room service,, average breakfast, no room amenities available even multiple time request

They welcome us with green tea at lobby while waiting for check in.Property is clean and ambiance is superbRooms are coozy and spaciousRegarding food Desi food was excellent Morning breakfast was tasty and fresh They keep and refill all the food items till the end of breakfast buffet time .

Food is bit costly.They must reduced their rates to attract more travellers

The location is beautiful. If you’re looking for privacy and peace, this is the perfect place. It’s close to Islamabad with easy access.

Breakfast,connected room availability should be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.Also, all charges should be settled at the time of checkout. If a guest orders something simple like tea, staff shouldn’t come separately just to collect payment.

Location is excellent. A bit far from Murree Mall Road area but it is a good location if you just want to stay around the resort and dine inside. We wanted to stay another night but the staff wanted to charge us more for the room that they gave us because our original room had heating issues. Anyway, we decided to leave and stay at PC Bhurban for one night which worked our much better.

The only complaint I would have is that the roads around the resort right around the entry and exit were very bad and should be repaired. Huge pot holes etc ...

The facility is super maintained and very convenient to reach from Islamabad. The staff is very professional and the facilities are too good to experience in Murree.

The prices can be better during off season.

Everything was fantastic. Room, view, pool, breakfast, service! The best part was warm water in the pool and indoor. Every single thing was so thoughtful and convenient to make the stay amazing.

Location wasn’t towards the higher side but whoever wants a peaceful stay should stay here

It is one of the best and calm places in the area for families.

Check-in and Check-out process needs improvement. I checked in at around 4 p.m., and the staff had trouble locating a room ready for move in. Staff at checkout was also stressed and non-chalant.

Comfort and cleanliness was awesome. Parking was also good.

Food quantity was good but taste was average. Pool and gym isn't available for 24 hours.

Good location

Customer service is very bad, housekeeping personnel can enter in the room without permission with their master key. Although management apologies but still mismanagement and staff doesn’t know what to do! Surprisingly another staff came to our room with wrong room food order and we were keep telling them do your job properly, Very mismanagement. And they are keep charging Breakfast restaurant locations without telling us. We had to find our self where to go to for breakfast. Very bad management. Not recommended for anyone.

Staff is very helpful and courteous. Cleanliness was immaculate. Breakfast is wonderful.

The room cooling could have been better.

Over all experience is exceptional. Location and facilities are not less than any international standards. Staff are very helpful, Arsalan the Manager was exceptional specially with his food recommendations. Mona made the checkin very simple. Kudos to all the staff. Very much recommended if you want to escape the heavy traffic jams of Murree.

lot of dust in the room, not cleaned even after complaining Staff not knowledgeable about check in and check out. Software being used was not good , lot of glitches, names not correct on the final bill. Middle name was used as last name.all payments were fully made on arrival but at checkout there was mass confusion. They had charged one day’s rent before arrival, but had not entered in their system and kept giving me a statement with a balance.Our son got very sick after we ate dinner at the restaurant onsite.overall very unhappy with the facility.Only thing good was the morning breakfast.

Hotel needs some more facilities

The Staff was nice especially Mr. Sayyam.

The location of the hotel is in shit hole. Taxi is not even allowed in the premise..A lot of problem getting transportation to nearby area. The food was too spicy.

Overall breakfast was good but main course dishes like Nihari etc was missing.
